2 Biography. It all started with grandpa pulling a coin out of my ear. I was about 3 years old then. After that I had a magician at my birthday party for the next few years. My parents saw the desire I had, so they took me to a magic store when I was 7. That was it for me. I knew from there on that I had a calling and the calling was Magic. I performed for the first time at a neighbor's house for their child's birthday. I was only 10 years old. Then I was fortunate to go to magic camp at the age of 13. I learned about sleight of hand, or close up magic from some of the best magicians in the world. It became almost like an obsession. I practiced everyday; I still practice everyday. By the time I was 15 I was performing at Restaurants, Family functions and some upscale events. At 18 I moved to Florida for college. I studied Business to Biology and Philosophy to Psychology. In college there was a class that taught you how to "heighten" your intuition. I believe the class was called "ESP, Believe it or not." I had finally found something in college that would aid me in the entertainment field. All of this education made me realize that the only thing I wanted to do was entertain. I gathered all my knowledge from college and I put it into my magic and mentalism. It was time to put everything I learned to work, so I moved to South Florida (Palm Beach) to look for work and landed the job that would soon be my stepping-stone for a successful career. I got a job performing 5 days a week at the Boca Hotel Resort and Spa. It was a place to really hone my skills and to develop the person I am today. I got to perform for some impressive people such as: Ben Affleck, Gwyneth Paltrow, Cast of 90210, Sylvester Stallone, Penny Marshall and many others.! Six years later I am back in New York. My clients are all over the U.S.A. I know it is cliché, but I LOVE NEW YORK. I perform anywhere my clients need me, whether it is in the office in New York, or their office in Toronto, Canada. I love what I do. It is so much fun! I get to see so many amazing places, meet so many different kinds of people and most of all I get to make people smile. Party Planning. MLK Events has extensive first-hand knowledge of how to make your event an event to remember! Designing events comes pretty easy to Michael, as he has been at over 4,000 events. He knows what a party looks like. Lighting and Video Production: Lights are set to add ambience to a room, pin spot

3 focal points and lighting to go with the theme. The video is custom made to create a presentation, add graphics to a theme, or to create everlasting memories. Theme Design: Our team will aid you in creating your party theme whether it be Mardi Gras, Safari, Sports, Magic, Candy land, Space, Roaring 20's, Wizard of Oz, Lounges or Austin Powers. We can do it, and we probably already have! Music: The right music for the right crowd is essential. That is why we hand select the best bands and DJs in the business. We have DJs to get the party moving or to supply pleasant background music. Our bands will fit your theme: Mariachi, Big Band, Dixie, Jazz, Barber, Square Dancing, Line Dancing, Lounge, Rock, Dance and everything else you can imagine. Multi-Talent: MLK has long-standing relationships with the talent we partner with. We can provide Magicians, Comedians, Fire Eaters, Jugglers, Stilt Walkers, Palm & Tarot Readers, Artists, Candy Makers, Glass Blowers, Character Actors, Dance Troupes, Play Dough Art among others. Venue Search: The Party starts with the place - MLK will help you choose and match a place with your event. We have access to Catering Halls, Hotels, Mansions, Vineyards and Townhomes. Personal Shopping: Our Stylist will help you find the right clothes for your event and our Make-Up and Hair Stylist will make you look your best! Strolling Magic: Strolling Magic is suited for every event. Michael combines magic, mind reading and hypnosis into his routine. Time is not an issue for this kind of performance. You can use him for a cocktail hour, or for your entire event. Michael is known to do this for hours at a time to help promote companies and products. Mike walks around the event and performs "eye popping" Magic and "mind bending" Mentalism. He uses everyday objects to create a magical and mystical event for you. Cabaret Shows: Magic and Mind Reading shows are suitable for almost any event. Mike can perform for 5 minutes to 50 minutes. He combines his surreal Magic and Mind Reading with comedy to create an unforgettable evening. Mike Kirschner is considered to be one of best METAL BENDERS in the world. 4 and the spectator s hands. It is almost scary. Family Shows: Family shows are 45 minutes to 1 hour long. He combines Magic, slapstick comedy, live animals, visual props and audience participation.
