1 FULL MISSION ENGINE ROOM SIMULATOR OFFER With touch screens solution 1.1 Components UNITEST Engine Room Simulators with touch screen solution Full mission version, including both the hardware console, panels, touch screen monitors and the software, simulating the following engine room with full 3D visualization (including instructor software): a. Low Speed Engine Room Simulator X-35 WARTSILA CPP - TS, with Modern Electronically Controlled Main Engine (Common Rail type) - Controllable Pitch Propeller solution (CPP) b. Medium Speed Engine Room Simulator PSV3D - TS (Platform Supply Vessel), based on four main engines (BERGEN DIESEL type, RPM), two reduction gears and two controllable pitch propellers c. Medium Speed Engine Room Simulator DE3D - TS (DIESEL ELECTRIC - HIGH VOLTAGE, Platform Supply Vessel), based on four Diesel Generators, two azimuthing thrusters, one retractable "drop down thruster and one bow thruster d. Medium Speed Engine Room Simulator MED3D - TS, based on one main engine (MAK type, 500 RPM), one reduction gear and controllable pitch propeller e. Medium Speed Engine Room Simulator MER3D - TS, based on two main engines (BERGEN DIESEL type, RPM), one reduction gear and controllable pitch propeller f. Low Speed Engine Room Simulator X-35 WARTSILA FPP - TS, with Modern Electronically Controlled Main Engine (Common Rail type) - Fixed Propeller solution g. Low Speed Engine Room Simulator LER3D-TS, based on MAN DIESEL (B&W) LMC type, 165 RPM) 1.2 Facility layout The environment in which the system is installed should be maintained at a max. temperature of 30 C during the operation and a relative humidity level not exceeding 90% without condensation. The general atmosphere should be relatively dust free. 1.3 Scope of UNITEST delivery - hardware consoles of engine room simulator Delivery will include following hardware consoles and panels: a. Engine Control Room - Hardware console with six LCD touch screens 22" and one PC, for visualization of main engines and auxiliary system operation, monitoring and control (Fig 1,2, 3, 5 and 6) b. Engine Control Room - Hardware panel with five LCD touch screen monitors (resolution 1920x1080) 42 with additional LCD touch screen monitor (resolution 1920x1080) 23 and one PC, for visualization of electrical switchboard operation and

2 control (Fig. 4,5 and 6) c. Engine Room - Hardware panel with LCD touch screen monitor (resolution 1920x1080) 65 with additional LCD touch screen monitor (resolution 1920x1080) 23 and one PC, for 3D visualization of engine room operation (Fig. 7,9 and 10) d. Emergency Generator Room - Hardware panel with LCD touch screen monitor (resolution 1920x1080) 55 with additional LCD touch screen monitor (resolution 1920x1080) 23 and one PC, for emergency generator room and switchboard operation (Fig.8, 9 and 10) e. Instructor station with one PC set (Fig. 11) f. INTERCOM - 2 way communication system (telephone and microphones), cameras and alarm columns in Engine Control Room, Engine Room and Emergency Generator Room to be monitored from instruction station. g. Realistic sound system in Engine Control Room, Engine Room and Emergency Generator Room h.
