Please prepare it separately. [Notes on Safety] Precautions that must be observed in order to use this system safely are indicated as shown below. You must observe these precautions. WARNG A WARNG indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not handled correctly, could result in death or serious injury. WARNG System Safety This system is intended for general industrial applications. It does not have functions for supporting applications requiring higher levels of safety such as safety-related devices or accident prevention systems. The product must not be used for these purposes. Always turn off the power before attempting to mount or replace. Prolonged continuous flow of a rated load current or higher or a transit current due to load short-circuit, etc., in the hybrid unit including the output unit and the output circuit may result in smoking or firing. An external safety device such as a fuse must be installed. System Use a stable, DC. Use of an unstable may cause problems with the system. [Warranty] Warranty period The warranty on the delivered Product shall continue to be effective for one (1) year after the delivery thereof to a location as designated by the original owner. Scope of warranty Should a defect occur in any part of the Product during the foregoing warranty period when it is used normally in acordance with the specifications described in this User's Manual, the Company shall replace or repair the defect free of charge, except when it arises as a result of: [1] Misuse or abuse of the Product by the owner; [2] Fault caused by other than the delivered Product; [3] The unauthorized modification or repair of the Product by any person other than the Company's personnel; [4] Any unusual force of nature, disaster or other cause beyond the Company's control. The term "warranty," as used herein, refers to the warranty applicable to the delivered product alone. The Company shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages resulting from any malfunction. Repair at cost After the expiration of the warranty period, the owner shall be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred for the troubleshooting and repair of the Product. 2 [AnyWireASLK Terminal] The AnyWireASLK can employ a two-wire or four-wire selectively depending on the load current. This Products Guide describes a four-wire (isolated). If the load current is small, using a two-wire (non-isolated) allows for achieving simplified wiring without local. In the case of prioritizing the sites of concentrated loads and/or the number of connections, hybridization with a four-wire (isolated), which supports local, is also possible. 16 [Address Number Setting] 1Address number writing - The address number to be set to the is for correspondence to the input/output memory map of the controller. The address number represents an assignment position for AnyWire transmission frames (0 to 254) and occupies 8 points following the number (and is not a station number). - The address number can be set by one point. - Use a dedicated address writer ARW-04 (Ver.04 to 1.01 or higher) or ARW-03 (Ver or higher) to write the address to be set in the. In case of an abnormal indication status, narrow down the cause and remove the trouble based on the on/flashing status and the left table. The indication status will be restored automatically after the trouble is removed. [Troubleshooting] <LK not flashing> Check items Check the connection status of the slave unit. Check the connection status of the master unit. Measures Disconnect and reconnect the slave unit. Check if the LK LED of the master unit flashes and take the following measures. 1) If the LK of the master unit flashes and the LK of the slave unit is on, the master unit may be damaged. Please contact our helpdesk. 2) If the LK of the master unit flashes and the LK of the slave unit is off, the master unit may not be powered ( DC), the transmission line (, ) may be partially disconnected, or the slave unit may be damaged. Check if the master unit is powered and, if necessary, please contact our helpdesk. 3) If the LK of the master unit does not flash, check if the master unit is powered. Other system errors may also occur. Refer to the User s Manual of the master unit. <ALM on> Check items Measures Check the I/O side connection of the slave unit. <ALM flashing> Check items Check the voltage of the external ( DC) of the master unit. Please adjust the voltage of the external power source to within the rated value of 21.6V to 27.6V. Also, with the wiring for s, please ensure that transmission lines are not touching or misfired. Measures Adjust the voltage of the external of the master unit to lie within the range from 21.6 to 27.6V (recommended voltage is 26.4V). Check the total line length. Review the total line length and the size of the transmission line so as not to connect a load exceeding a supply current limit on the transmission line and, if necessary, adjust the connected load (e.g. the supply current on the transmission line is 2A if the size is 1.25mm 2 and the total length is 50m or less). <LK and ALM flashing alternately> Check items Measures Check the address of the slave unit.
