2 Before proceeding with the table assembly: All electric motors MUST be initialized before moving the table in the UP direction. Please follow the below instructions for proper initialization: 1. All Columns (motors) must be plugged into the Control box. 2. Plug the Up/Down Hand switch in to the Control box. 3. Plug the Control box power cord into a 110 volt grounded outlet. 4. Hold the Down button in until the columns bottom out to the lowest position. 5. Please continue to hold until a clicking sound is heard and the columns move slightly UP. 6. Once this is completed your system is properly initialized and can be operated without harm to the system.

3 Crank Assembly Instructions REQUIRED TOOLS: #2 Phillips Driver Metric Allen Wrenches EACH TABLE INCLUDES: Column Kit J-Rail Kit w/ Hex Rod Foot Kit w/ Top Supports 1. Line up J-Rails to the appropriate Column and attach using the M6x12mm Socket head screws provided. - Note: The Leg Columns are marked right and left handed inside the Gear Box Case. Right hand is marked with a blue circle and left hand is marked with a black circle. 2. Insert Hex Rod into the Thru Hole on either Leg Column () and slide it through into the other leg. Center the Hex Rod in the assembly. 3. After the Hex Rod is in place, attach the top supports to the appropriate columns with the M6x12mm Flat Head Screws. () Fig Carefully flip the table as show in Fig. 4 and then attach the T-Feet with the M10x20mm Button Head screws provided. Fig To attach the table top to the assembly; place the top supports an appropriate distance from the front of the table top and then center onto the table top. Crank Handle Assembly is supposed to line up flush to the front edge of the table when compressed.

After step 2 is complete, flip the assembly over onto the bottom side of the table top. 4. Attach the feet to the columns using the M10x20mm Button Head Screws provided.

Line up J-Rails to the Columns and attach using the M6x12mm Socket head screws provided. 2. Attach the top support to the leg column using the M6x12mm flat head screws provided. () 3. After step 2 is complete, flip the assembly over onto the bottom side of the table top. 4. Attach the feet to the columns using the M10x20mm Button Head Screws provided. While making sure they are pointing the same way as the top supports. () 5. Below is a layout of how a proper assembly should look. (Fig. 4) BEFORE USE, PLEASE NOTE: Fig. 4 To synchronize the control and motors plug in the power cable, all of the control cables, and the switch. Hold the down button until the unit bottoms out, you will hear a clicking sound and the columns will move slightly upward. If you lose power to the unit you will have to re-synchronize.

Attach the 90 or 120 adapters to the 3rd column by first screwing the M6x12mm Socket Head screws almost all the way into the motor box, and then hang the adapter over the screws and finish driving the screws down. () 2. Just like with a 2 leg assembly, line up the J-Rails to the assembly, except this time you will attach them to the 90 or 120 adapters as shown. () 3. The 3 Leg Assembly should lay out as shown () The example shown is a 90 3-Leg Table with T-Feet Leg Assembly

Position the Torsion Rod into the motor box by using the Thru Hole. () 2. After the Torsion Rod is in place, attach the J-Rails with the M6x12mm Socket Head screws provided. 3. After the J-Rails are attached, place the Top support on the end and fasten using the M6x12mm Socket Head screws. () 4. Carefully flip the assembly upside down onto the bottom side of the table top. 5. After the assembly is on the work surface, fasten the Foot to the Column with the M10x20mm Button Head screws. () 6. Below is how the table should layout when all your components are in place. (Fig. 4) Please Note: Make sure columns are compressed before attaching the Torsion Rod.
