Take Eureka Road Exit, turning right at the light onto Eureka Road. Turn left onto Lead Hill Blvd and enter the first driveway on the right. Turn left in front of Building 1650, the Health and Wellness Center. Go to Suite 600, Dr. Warren s Chiropractic office, located inside the Health and Wellness Center. (You may be required to sign in at the front desk.) Heading West towards Sacramento: Merge on to I-80 towards Sacramento. Exit at the Eureka Road exit, exit 105A towards Taylor Road. Turn slightly to the right onto Eureka Rd. Turn left onto Lead Hill Blvd and enter the first driveway on the right. Turn left in front of Building 1650, the Health and Wellness Center. Go to Suite 600, Dr. Warren s Chiropractic office located inside the Health and Wellness Center. (You may be required to sign in at the front desk.) Folsom: 1600 Creekside Dr., Suite 2400 turn left on Creekside Drive, go 0.1 mile turn right into parking lot. DIRECTIONS FROM SACRAMENTO: Take Hwy 50 East, exit at #23/Folsom Blvd towards Folsom. Turn left onto Folsom Blvd. Turn right on Blue Ravine Rd, go 2.1 miles. Turn right on E. Bidwell Street, go 0.2 miles, turn left on Creekside Drive, go 0.1 mile turn right into parking lot. 3 Stockton: 1803 W. March Lane, Suite E From the North: Take I-5 south to Stockton. Exit I-5 at March Lane. It is after Hammer Lane but before Alpine. Take March Lane exit, at the bottom of the off ramp, turn left, go under the freeway, you will be heading East. Go through about 3 stop lights after the freeway. You will pass some fast food restaurants on the left, ie. Wendys, Taco Bell, etc. You will approach a left hand turn lane at Grouse Run, there will be a bank on each corner, Turn left onto Grouse Run at the light. Turn right at the first driveway is the 2nd building on the left. Access to Suite E is from the parking lot. From the South on Hwy 99: Go north towards Stockton, Take Hwy 4, Crosstown Freeway to I-5 North: Take March Lane exit, at the bottom of the off ramp, turn right, go away from the freeway, you will be heading East. Go through about 3 stop lights. You will pass some fast food restaurants on the left, ie. Wendys, You will approach a left hand turn lane at Grouse Run, on the left side of the road, there will be a bank on each corner. Turn left onto Grouse Run at the light. Turn right at the first driveway is the 2nd building on the left. Access to Suite E is from the parking lot. Vacaville: 530 W. Monte Vista Ave Simon Chiropractic DIRECTIONS FROM THE WEST: Coming from Fairfield: Take I-80 East toward Sacramento. Take the Alamo Drive North exit toward Merchant Street. Merge onto Alamo Drive, go about 1.2 miles. Turn right onto West Monte Vista Ave. End at 530 W. Monte Vista (Dr. Simon s Chiropractic office) on left hand side of street. DIRECTIONS FROM THE EAST: Coming from Sacramento: Take Hwy 50 W, which becomes I-80W. Take the Alamo Drive exit toward Merchant Street. Turn left at the light to merge onto Alamo Drive; go about 1.2 miles. Turn right onto West Monte Vista Ave. End at 530 W. Monte Vista (Dr. Simon s Chiropractic office) on left hand side of street.

Cypress Ave until you come to Victor Ave. Turn right onto Victor Ave, heading south, just after you cross over Hartnell, get into the left hand turn lane. Our office is inside of Dr. Weaver s Chiropractic office. From the north: Head south on I-5 towards Redding. Merge onto CA- 44 E via Exit 678A toward Hilltop Dr/Lassen Park. Take the Victor Ave exit- Exit 3. Turn right onto Victor Ave. Go about 1 mile heading south, just after you cross over Hartnell, get into the left hand turn lane.
