Matt White Matt is a leadership coach and facilitator and has been part of the Wavelength family for 10 years. He works with our members on getting the best practical use out of their experiences on our Connect and US programmes. Prior to Wavelength he was at Unilever and was a partner at?what If!, the innovation consultancy. Sarah Dryden Sarah joined Wavelength five years ago as a freelance event producer and last year took up a permanent role within the business. She now heads up Wavelength SpeakersHub and helps curate elements of the Connect Programme.

3 Your speakers for the evening GEORG ELL DISRUPTION, CREATING A CULTURE OF INNOVATION Until April this year, Georg was Director of Western Europe at Tesla and launched the Tesla business in the UK. He was responsible for the iconic company s continued growth throughout Europe. He previously launched and scaled Yammer in Europe, from 3 to 85 staff before the acquisition by Microsoft for $1.2bn. His tech career started at Microsoft where he helped to grow their first cloud business in Europe. JUDE KELLY DIVERSITY & INCLUSION Jude was the Artistic Director of Britain s largest cultural institution, Southbank Centre. She was key to their diversity and inclusion recruitment process which enabled them to attract people from a broad range of backgrounds with diverse attitudes, opinions and beliefs so they could continue to look at the world with fresh eyes and find new ways of doing things. GEOFF MCDONALD WELLBEING & MENTAL HEALTH IN THE WORKPLACE Geoff speaks with brutal honesty about his work-related depression whilst he was VP HR & Marketing Comms & Sustainability at Unilever a taboo subject in even the most progressive organisations and reveals how he is challenging the culture of silence around mental illness. He is an inspiring speaker, provoking organisations to put purpose at the centre of everything they do.

4 Your speakers for the evening LILA TRETIKOV DIGITAL DISRUPTION, INNOVATION & TRANSFORMATION Lila is an extraordinarily accomplished tech entrepreneur, investor, board director adviser and recipient of numerous international awards including Forbes: 100 Most Powerful Women in 2015 and World Economic Forum Young Global Leader Lila is known for identifying and managing turnarounds, tech innovation and is an expert in digital transformation. DREW POVEY LEADERSHIP, TRANSFORMATION & PERFORMANCE Drawing on his background in elite sport, Headteacher Drew will explain how he has transformed Harrop Fold School, Ofsted s worst performing school in the UK. Drew s inspiring leadership style has radically improved the attitudes and behaviour of the young people at Harrop Fold. Both are currently starring in Channel 4 s Educating Greater Manchester. GUIN BATTEN RESILIENCE, RESOURCEFULNESS, BUILDING & SUSTAINING TEAMS Guin won silver for Britain as a rower at the 2000 Summer Olympics. Following her retirement from rowing, she has set the record for the fastest solo crossing of the English Channel in a rowing shell and skippering the first British women s crew across the North Atlantic the wrong way. She asks: Do your people see the word impossible as statement of fact or as a question?.

5 Your speakers for the evening CHRIS MORAN BIG DATA, DISRUPTION, CULTURE CHANGE Chris provides a unique perspective on disruption, data, innovation and culture change at Guardian Media Group, an organisation that has moved from being one of the smallest newspapers in Britain to one of the most respected, recognised and trusted news brands in the world. ADRIAN SIMPSON CULTURE, DISRUPTION & INNOVATION & SERVICE EXCELLENCE Adrian is a co-founder of Wavelength and is at heart a connector and gatherer of stories. He has personal relationships with world-class iconic companies and accomplished, inspiring leaders at the frontiers of service excellence, innovation, culture and sustainability. STUART TOOTAL LEADERSHIP & RESILIENCE Stuart was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (DSO) for his outstanding leadership and gallantry whilst commanding the 3rd Battalion the Parachute Regiment (3 PARA) in Afghanistan in Colonel Tootal provides an exhilarating, moving and inspirational account of leading in adversity.
