2 What is it? The Regatta connects and celebrates the venue city s women in tech through a week long program of events, speakers and experiences. WiT is designed to give them access to mentors, peers, resources and to the power of community. During Regatta week we present 30 hands on workshops, with over 100 speakers. Sessions are grouped thematically, and each is hosted at one of five ports. Attendees create a personalized workshop itinerary aligned to their specific interests. What s unique? It s a boutique rather than a keynote event. The workshops are intentionally small discussion groups, so that everyone can be seen, heard and participate in a safe environment. Exciting things are on the way... WIT Regatta is an international event in Vancouver BC (January), Seattle (April), and Amsterdam (October). We ve also expanded from a 1-night to a full 5-day event.

Through education, connections, and increased awareness, our attendees have informed individual and collective agency. We promote non-profit groups that support women and girls in tech at our Opening Kickoff Resource Reception events. WIT Regatta is a curated collection of educational events, workshops and conversations designed to connect women in tech to mentors, peers, resources and to the power of community.
