Highlights of the conference include a multinational hostile takeover in action involving Canadian, US, European and in-house counsel from the buyer and target companies and representatives from the Competition Bureau, a moot court on the constitutionality of AMPs, a debate regarding abuse of dominance conducted entirely in French (with simultaneous translation), and a special 20 Years in Review session featuring former Directors of Investigation and Research.
