32 Team built to deliver Energy Nikolaj Martyniuk 10 years of experience working in the energy sector. Nick was building energy and solar plants, buying/selling green energy and green certificates. Developing projects in Spain,Baltics, Poland and Belarus Legal Arturas Asakavicius Arturas has practised law at one of the biggest law firms in the Baltics, where he is responsible for all fintech blockchain and cryptocurrency related businesses and regulations. He is also Lithuanian fintech association chairman and two times recognised as the Lithuanian crowdfunding patron by the EU Commission. Tech Kaspar Kaarlep As a CTO of a large National DSO Kaspar worked on the green energy, Smart Grids and control systems integrations for 10 years. He ran the development and execution of the DSO strategic plan, their Smart Grid technology roadmap as well as the overall Information Technology and Operational Technology enterprise architecture.
