5 The Learning Approach Participants Resource Persons Own experiences Process Discussions / Field visits / Analysis Concepts & best practices from across the sector Thematic Area Development Context Learning Process Outputs Action Plan Best Practices Networking The Learning approach Interactive classroom sessions, field exposures, extensive interactions with stakeholders, group work, panel discussions, analysis, planning and presentations are some of the methods that are applied. A very important element of these programs is the Action Planning exercise which consists of (a) a structured learning that is captured on a daily basis, and (b) consolidation of the learning in the form of overall lessons learnt and eventually a broad action plan that is developed both collectively and individually. Facilitation in other languages: We have organized programs in French with simultaneous interpretation not only in the classroom but also during the field visits and have the expertise and experience of tailoring such programs. We have also facilitated trainings in Mozambique with Portuguese interpretation. Venue: The programs are generally organized at Basix premises at Hyderabad with field visits to various parts of the country as required. The could also be facilitated on-site in various locations/ countries.
6 I am highly impressed. Even if I have been attending different trainings, I found this very unique. Tadesse Hatiya Oge Vice President Development Bank of Ethiopia, Ethiopia The AgriFin knowledge exchange program could not have been organized in a better place. Coupled with the facilitation by B-A-LAMP, we could not ask for more. Very well organized and great networking. Ms. Kloeppinger Renate Rural Finance Adviser, Agriculture and Rural Development, The World Bank It is one of the best technology solutions study program in India on banking system. Madan Neupane IT Supervisor Nirdhan Uthan Bank Limited, Nepal The field visits were highly useful as they provided me with a strong desire to introduce innovations for more efficiency and sustainability in my MFI. Charlotte P.P. Denewol Managing Director ICS, Cameroon The exposure visit is really amazing. It has given me enormous take away knowledge which can be easily customized in my country. I don't need to reinvent the wheel.
