5 After challenging India for the top position for several years, the Philippines is now the world leader in business support functions like shares services and business process outsourcing, according to the latest reports and trends analyses. In fact, the Philippines overtook India in these categories last year, according to IBM s latest Global Locations Trend Annual Report, released recently in New York. India now ranks No. 2, the first time it was not in the leading position for these activities, according to the IBM report, launched in October The Philippines has taken over the lead in the global ranking from India, the report said.

6 AMADO LITO J.V. JIMENEZ - Chairman of the Board He is the Honorary Consul General of the Democratic Republic of Timor Leste in the Philippines. Since 2002, he has been an active member of Consular Corps of the Philippines. Currently the Assistant Secretary of the Executive Board of the Consular Corps of the Philippines. He is the Founding President of the Philippine-Georgian Business Council and Past Vice President of the Philippine-Israel Business Association. He is a Christian Muslim Democrat and was the Deputy Secretary General of Centrist Democrat International Asia Pacific. He is an entrepreneur and director of various businesses in the Philippines and in the Peoples Republic of China (PROC). He has served as country head and director of several mining companies in the country and is currently managing director of 88 Circles Mining & Trading Corporation FRANCIS X. MANGLAPUS - President & CEO Graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. He worked briefly at Hotel Intercontinental New York, helping set up the Materials Management system and becoming the first Materials Manager of the Hotel Chain. He moved to the financial sales operation in 1981, working for Equitable Life and Merrill Lynch in New York City. Formerly chairman of Prime Savings Bank and also chairman of Bataan Shipyard and Engineering Company, while being active in the field of politics and international relations. He was Secretary General and President of the former ruling political party, Lakas Christian Muslim Democrats until He was also Secretary General of Centrist Democrat International Asia Pacific. He is currently Chairman of Camiling Land Inc. a real estate company involved in low cost housing development.

7 KLAUS PRESCHLE Senior Vice President for Business Development Founder and president of Professionals Asia Profusion, a Berlin based consultancy firm focusing on offshore outsourcing solutions for German medium sized enterprises. From 2003 to 2009 he was country representative to the Philippines of the German based Konrad-Adenauer- Stiftung in Manila. He also served as a political advisor of Angela Merkel, the current German chancellor. Mr. Preschle holds a degree as Diplom-Kaufmann (MBA) from the University of Mannheim/Germany. He is a member of the German Philippine Chamber of Commerce and of various business associations in Germany. ATTY. RAFAEL CHRIS F. TESTON - Corporate Secretary & Chief Legal Counsel For the past 15 years, he has specialized in corporate law with emphasis on conceptualizing and strategizing the modes of fund-raising for big-ticket real estate-based projects as well as corporate rehabilitation. The output of these efforts usually take the form of business plans, market-grade investment prospectus and legal opinions. As such, he has developed expertise on a wide gamut of factors dictating the outcome of projects including: quality systems in business organizations, government administration and regulations, finance, banking, macromicro economies, current trends, personal and organizational dynamics. Atty. Teston finished his A.B. Journalism and A.B. Law degree from the University of the Philippines.

DE GUZMAN - Senior Vice President for Organizational Development A professional public speaker and human relations practitioner, he is currently president of TrainTactics Philippines a training consultancy firm. He is also a real-estate practitioner having held various top-level training and marketing positions in some of the leading real-estate developers in the country. He took up B.S. Psychology at the University of the Philippines and was simultaneously selling insurance products where he got his initial exposure and training in the sales and marketing field. Mr. De Guzman also specializes in direct marketing and organizational development and is consultant to several direct selling organizations focusing on start up systems development installation and process reengineering. VICENTE GIO B. TEGIO Senior Vice President for Operations A Management graduate at Holy Angel University. He is also an entrepreneur and President of TEGIO Enterprises specializing in marketing & sales of various products and service outsourcing with various BPO organizations in the Philippines. His over 6 years experience in the BPO industry has spanned companies such as Telus International for Xbox Live, product development for Dial V Corporation a media entertainment and travel organization. Worked as SME for Federal Housing Aid generally known as "FHA", provides mortgage insurance on loans made by FHA-approved lenders throughout the United States and its territories. Worked on various departments for American Express under I-Qor such as Prominent, Corporate and Small to Medium business groups that specialize in credit analysis, skip tracing and account security.
