Bonime Senior Vice President Wealth Management Financial Advisor Financial Planning Specialist NMLS # CAOIC # OB24851 For many of our clients, Todd is the first person they meet when working with The AistearGroup. He heads our business development efforts, forging relationships with attorneys, accountants and other centers of influence who understand the value that an experienced team of financial professionals can offer their clients. In addition, Todd s extensive capital markets background provides our trading-oriented clients with a source to whom they can turn for guidance on individual stocks and new issues. Todd began his financial services career more than three decades ago. A native of Portland, Oregon, he had always been fascinated by the financial markets and after graduating from Pomona College in California, he moved to New York to pursue his dream. There, he served as the link between equity research analysts and Financial Advisors at a Morgan Stanley predecessor firm. Two yearslater, he moved back to the Northwest with the experience and contacts to begin his own career as a Financial Advisor. Todd played varsity tennis in college and still competes with a number of USTA teams. Todd was a long-time member of Rotary 4 and volunteered with The Boys and Girls Clubs of Seattle. He and his wife reside in the Madison Park area of Seattle. 5

Peshtaz CIMA Vice President Wealth Management Family Wealth Advisor Financial Advisor NMLS # Bareq co-founded The AistearGroup with the vision of serving as our clients personal CFO. His previous experience as a business owner and key executive convinced him that successful people often lack the time to focus on personal finances. What they needed, he reasoned, was the same caliber of financial advice and acumen that CFOs provide their CEOs on an ongoing basis. Bareq joined Morgan Stanley in 2013, realizing the firm offers the extensive resources and collaborative spirit necessary to advise sophisticated clients. He soon earned the firm s prestigious Family Wealth Advisor designation, a credential awarded to only a few hundred of Morgan Stanley s 16,000 Financial Advisors. More important, it was a credential that affirmed his ability to provide successful families with the guidance to manage their assets, make more informed philanthropic decisions and transfer their wealth from one generation to the next without excessive taxation or family conflict. Bareq manages a number of client relationships but focuses much of his attention on the team s investment efforts. As a Certified Investment Management Analyst, CIMA professional, he oversees the creation of our portfolio models. Our disciplined investment process is implemented through analysis and identification of both internal and third party investment management organizations with histories of outstanding performance and organizational excellence. He is Chair of the Board of Trustees of Childhaven, is a Seattle s Children s Hospital Legacy Advisory and member of Seattle Rotary #4. In addition, he is a growing supporter of the Brain Injury Association of Washington. Bareq is a graduate of University of Washington with a BS in Cell and Molecular Biology. He completed Yale School of Management s distinguished Investment Management Theory & Practice program, earning the prestigious CIMA certification. Carney CFP Vice President Wealth Management Family Wealth Advisor Financial Advisor NMLS# Jim co-founded The AistearGroup and serves as our team s chief wealth management strategist. A Certified Financial Planner, he synthesizes the diverse elements of our clients financial plans and strives to make certain that the strategies we recommendwork in concert toward their ultimate objectives. Through his more than 30-year financial services career, Jim has helped household name technology firms structure complex financings and wealthy families manage their portfolios and plan their estates. Jim joined Morgan Stanley in 2012 after tenures at such firms as KeyCorp and Bernstein Global Wealth Management. A Morgan Stanley Family Wealth Advisor with the credentials to provide high net worth clients with the guidance they need to help meet the challenges that invariably accompany wealth, Jim graduated from The University of Washington with a BA in Finance and Marketing. Later, James earned a Financial Planning Certificate from The University s Foster School of Business and an MBA from Seattle University. Outside of the office, he is a self-professed serial volunteer who has served on a number of non-profit boards, including the YMCA and Northwest Family Business Advisors. Webb Financial Planning Specialist Financial Advisor NMLS# A Morgan Stanley Financial Planning Specialist, Doug plays a key role in developing comprehensive plans for AistearGroup clients. Specifically, he meets with them to gather the input necessary to create what is essentially a roadmap with tangible recommendations for achieving specific personal goals. He then assists in presenting the plan so that the clients have a firmgrasp on options available to them. In addition, Doug confers often with the children of current clients to educate them on the basics of investing and other financial topics. In many cases, he has provided them with their first financial plan. A graduate of Gonzaga University with a BA in Economics, Doug studied abroad at London Metropolitan University where he received his Master's in International Economics and Trade.Upon returning to the US, he began his career in financial services in Beverly Hills, California where he researched and traded equities and municipal bonds at M.L. Stern and Co. Dougwas then the trader at Tower Asset Management, also in Beverly Hills, before joining Morgan Stanley in Doug resides in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood and serves as a Next Generation Legacy Advisor to Seattle Children's Hospital. 8
