Weinerman, CFP Managing Director Financial Advisor Entering his 3rd decade in the financial services industry, Michael is highly experienced in financial planning and wealth management for individuals and corporate clients. His technical knowledge covers the broad span of our client s financial management needs, including investment management, estate planning strategies, retirement analysis, life insurance, tax minimization strategies and charitable giving. Whether he is implementing a monetization strategy or developing a multi-generational investment program, Mike is committed to providing time-tested financial counsel and unparalleled client service. He serves as co-strategist for the Ricca-Weinerman Group and is well regarded for his accessibility, depth of knowledge and close relationships with CPAs, attorneys, insurance specialists and estate planning experts. Mike has been recognized at the highest level of the firm as a Chairman s Club member as well as being chosen for the Financial Times Top 400 US Advisors list. He has been named to the Barron s Top 1000 Advisors list annually since Mike earned his MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University, BA in English and Economics from Rutgers University and completed his CFP at Farleigh Dickinson University. He has been named to the Barron s Top 1000 Advisors list annually since David earned a BS in Economics from Florida State University and his CFP at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is on the board of the Sunrise House in Lafayette, NJ. David lives in Chester, NJ with his wife, Kelly, and their four children. When not cheering his children on at their sporting events, he enjoys golf, fishing and the Jersey shore. Experienced in financial planning and retirement analysis, Mary joined the Ricca-Weinerman Group in 2007 to focus on employer sponsored retirement plans and individual client relationships. Her abilities span asset allocation and insurance analysis to multi-asset class investment programs, but are all developed within the framework of a long-term financial plan. As a Corporate Retirement Director, Mary is experienced in all aspects of retirement plans, including plan design, investment strategy, fiduciary issues and regulatory topics. While Mary utilizes the firm s resources and her extensive training to deliver personalized advice, it is her warm and outgoing personality that deepens her long standing client relationships. Mary s demonstration of high professional standards and client service has earned her membership in Morgan Stanley s Pacesetter s Club. She graduated from King s College with a BS in Finance and earned her CFP from Farleigh Dickinson University. Chaney Financial Planning Specialist Financial Advisor Diana utilizes the firm s broad investment management capabilities to structure our clients professionally managed portfolios. Diana worked on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange and developed her trading experience into a successful career as a portfolio manager, working on mutual funds and portfolios for high net worth individuals. In 2003, Diana joined The Ricca-Weinerman Group to bring extensive knowledge and experience in investment analysis, asset allocation and portfolio construction to the team. Diana has a BS in Management from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from New York University s Stern School of Business. She lives in Mendham, NJ with her husband, Michael, and their two sons. Nicholas Salamone, CFP Financial Planning Specialist Financial Advisor Nicholas recently joined his growing practice to The Ricca- Weinerman Group. Nicholas focuses on all aspects of wealth management for individuals, business owners, executives and 401K plans. He works collaboratively with clients to create customized, comprehensive financial plans designed to address their wide variety of objectives and goals. His process-oriented and personable nature, combined with his entrepreneurial spirit, make him very effective in delivering solutions for his clients. Nick graduated Cum Laude from the University of Hartford with a BS in Economics and Finance and has completed his Certified Financial Planner designation. She lives in Mendham, NJ with her husband, Chris, and their two young children. She is an avid sports and classic car enthusiast, and is a nationally certified instructor for the Porsche Club of America s Driver Education Program. Lindsay manages the extensive client service team for the Ricca- Weinerman Group. Lindsay and her husband, Vincent, have two school age children. 9 Kimberlie Wavra Portfolio Associate Assistant Vice President With her financial experience and technology skills, Kimberlie is indispensable to the Ricca- Weinerman Group s comprehensive financial planning capabilities. She is responsible for implementing our custom and model portfolio strategies, utilizing sophisticated financial planning software and preparing performance analysis reports. Additionally, Kim helps execute daily trades and keeps the team current on technology developments. Kim graduated with honors from Seton Hall University with a BS in Business Administration. She and her fiancé currently live in Warren, NJ and she enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends. Cynthia Adduci Senior Client Service Associate Cynthia serves as the concierge for the Ricca-Weinerman Group. She assists our clients with charitable giving, sponsorships and special service requests as well as helping with the team s travel and administrative needs. Cynthia has nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry working in a variety of different roles, including Branch Administrator. She currently works on a part-time basis allowing her to spend more time with her young family. Cynthia earned a BA in Psychology from William Patterson University. She lives in Budd Lake, NJ with her husband, Luca, and their daughter and son. Cynthia enjoys spending time with her family and is a wonderful cook. Amanda T. Rusciano Registered Associate With a background in both finance and accounting, Amanda serves our clients in a variety of administrative and problem solving functions. She is a dedicated team member and knowledgeable about our client s many needs, such as banking and lending, alternative investments, trade execution and retirement account management. Amanda is committed to taking as much of the administrative workload off of our clients as she can. Amanda earned a BS in Finance from Penn State University and currently lives in Hoboken, NJ. 12 Creating Your Plan To be truly effective, your plan must reflect the totality of your personal and financial life. Our role is to help ensure that your investment objectives are consistent with pressing financial concerns and your long-term aspirations. These four steps were developed to achieve that goal: 1 Setting your financial objectives Through a process of discovery and discussion, we will work with you to articulate your aims for your wealth. Together, we will examine your current and future liabilities, income sources and cash flow needs, and then consider factors that might influence your overall strategy, including tolerance for risk, tax concerns, liquidity needs and time horizon. Through careful analysis, the team will look for potential gaps that may exist between you and your goals, and develop sound strategies to help smooth the path. 2 Creating your strategy Working from our understanding of you and your objectives, we will propose a financial plan that contains specific strategies designed to help meet those goals. Our advice may encompass issues such as retirement planning, business continuation, tax minimization potential and wealth transfer. You will also receive an asset allocation strategy designed to provide diversification for your portfolio. 3 Implementing your strategy After discussing and refining your strategy, we will work closely with you to bring the elements to life.
