Over time, their concentration expanded to include advising institutional investors. The Group s primary offices are located in Farmington Hills and Kalamazoo, Michigan. Mark, Gary and Joel Moore also service clients from the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney offices in Grand Rapids, Michigan and Chicago, Illinois. The Group offers advice to clients in three investment arenas: Institutional Consulting Services Provides investment consulting to institutional investors, including trustees and foundation board members, public pension funds, endowments, hospitals, insurance companies and ERISA plans. We help address the demanding investment challenges and fiduciary responsibilities facing today s institutional investors. Family Wealth Advisory Services Leverages sophisticated resources and exclusive tailored investment opportunities to help meet the complex needs of families with significant wealth. Our consultative approach enables us to understand our clients unique circumstances, before we formulate a wealth strategy to help them meet their needs and enjoy wealth without worry. The research process for the evaluation and selection of investment managers is among the most extensive in the industry. Rogers, CIMA Senior Vice President Family Wealth Director Mark applies over 25 years of experience as a Financial Advisor to assist high-net-worth families with wealth management. Mark earned a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA ) designation in The designation is offered through the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA), in conjunction with the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Mark graduated from Michigan State University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business. Mark and his wife, Stacey, have three children. Mark enjoys many long-term client relationships, which he has served since he began advising in Now he helps those clients children and grandchildren with their investment needs. He joined The Group in 2004 after two years in the financial services business. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rockford College, Illinois. He earned an Accredited Fiduciary Designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies. He lives with his wife, Brooke, and their child in Chicago. Joel enjoys the entrepreneurial spirit of The Group. Carrie is responsible for matters of technical policy and standards, presentation materials and performance measurement for The Group s institutional clients. Carrie also focuses on the marketing initiatives for The Group. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Michigan State University. He and his wife, Carol, have one daughter. Ed enjoys working in The Group because clients benefit from the combined experience of seven professionals. Jennifer coordinates scheduling and prepares client reports for The Group. Her organization skills have kept The Group s activities running smoothly for seven years.
