5 A Family Wealth Advisory Team Kurt Meyer, CIMA Kurt Meyer, CIMA Senior Vice President, Wealth Management Family Wealth Director Senior Portfolio Manager Kurt Meyer and his team provide family office wealth management and investment services to ultra high net worth investors. We do this by acting as our clients lead financial advisor and coordinating with their accountants and attorneys to establish and implement a comprehensive financial plan. Kurt is a designated Family Wealth Director, a title earned and reserved for a very few financial advisors who have demonstrated professional knowledge in experience in areas including estate planning, philanthropy, alternative investments, control and restricted securities, lending, hedging and monetization, and investment banking to better serve their clients unique financial and personal needs. Mr. Meyer is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania s Wharton School of Business distinguished IMCA, earning the Certification of Investment Management Analyst (CIMA). Kurt was recently selected as one of 12 advisors nationally to participate within the Director s Advisory Group (DAG). The DAG works directly with the firm s top executive management team on firm related issues. Ryan Turner, CFA Ryan Turner, CFA Vice President, Wealth Management Financial Planning Specialist Mr. Turner first joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in the summers of 1996 and 1997 through predecessor firms, where he worked with Senior Portfolio Manager Kurt Meyer. Mr. Turner attended the University of Notre Dame where in 1998 he graduated with honors earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. While at Notre Dame, Mr. Turner captained the soccer team and achieved Academic-All-American honors. In 1999, he joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a Financial Advisor with the Meyer Group. He currently assists Mr. Meyer in the management of assets providing research and analysis. In 2003, Mr. Turner earned the Financial Planning Specialist designation and currently aids clients in various aspects of their wealth planning needs. In 2004, Mr. Turner earned the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA ) designation. The CFA charter requires successfully completing a graduate level, self study curriculum and series of three intensive examinations taken sequentially over at least 3 years.

6 Pamela Pickens Pamela Pickens Senior Vice President, Wealth Management Financial Advisor Ms. Pickens is a Senior Vice President of Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. It was at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Tulsa, Oklahoma where she began her career as a Financial Advisor in Ms. Pickens attended Oklahoma State University where she remains a loyal alumnus as well as a graduate of The Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Pamela joined The Meyer Group in 2003 in Tempe, Arizona and moved to Newport Beach, California in 2009 where she presently resides and works out of the Newport Beach Morgan Stanley Smith Barney location. Ms. Pickens responsibilities are to help devise and coordinate appropriate wealth strategies for high net worth investors. She aids her team in implementing integrated plans in such areas as philanthropic consultation, discretionary portfolio management, estate and financial planning and lending. Another important focus for Ms. Pickens is assisting women through life s transitional events by helping them simplify and consolidate their finances and help create a plan designed for financial security. Lisa Gomez Ms. Gomez joined Morgan Stanley Smith Barney as a Client Assistant in 1984 through predecessor firms. She attained Senior Sales Assistant status in 1994 and after completing her securities licensing, received the title of Registered Associate in Ms. Gomez is responsible for all administrative and account service, and recently earned the right to use the Financial Planning Associate designation. She currently assists clients with questions regarding personal banking through the Financial Management Account (FMA ), credit and lending, as well as Morgan Stanley Smith Barney Access (internet access).
