2 Z Z Z Z Z z z z z z We re pretty sure our Brilliant is the most thought-through offering out there, but by the time we ve told you every single reason why, you may have nodded off! So this is us being concise about it (for once!): Done it (for 80-odd years) Perfected it (along the way) Doing it with bells on (ask lots of happy chefs and their bosses) It s not the only thing we do (...we haven t mentioned our Brilliant hotel linen for instance, but that will have to wait for another day). You probably ought to know a little more about us and what exactly comes with our Chefswear Service. So here goes...
3 Tough business, laundry! Not for the faint hearted. So a few years ago we hatched a Brilliant plan... Get Together (all the best independent laundries in the UK) Re-model (we re talking complete overhaul) Think of a catchy name (tricky one)?????! Brilliant emerged as a serious contender alongside the big-boys of commercial laundry, having earned our stripes as recognised experts in workwear provision (to mention just one of our specialisms). We work in a unique way that means each of your sites deal with their particular local Brilliant laundry, while all your centralised buyers and finance people deal with our oh so clever team at Brilliant HQ. Living up to our name takes some doing, but who doesn t want to be brilliant at their job!
4 What is a? It s about providing and laundering a range of Chefswear and managing it to maximum effect. We monitor, oversee, identify and report on every aspect of the service you receive from us, tweak stuff, and tell you things you didn t realise were worth knowing. So everyone s happy... Your Chefs (no more disputes over chefswear) Your Managers (liberated from complex contracts) You (chefswear de-mystified and under control) Us (knowing we re doing our best for you, everyday) Our managed chefswear service takes the mystery out of what is often a very complex part of your business. With us, there ll be no nasty surprises, disputes and confrontations over chefswear. It s not so much about simplifying everything (you can t), but being smarter and more transparent about it. We can release you from the chains of your existing contract!
