Please read each word out loud and try to remember it because later I ll ask you to remember all the words that I ve shown you. Oh Ready? Read the word and try and remember it. Go ahead if you don t mind, read it out loud for me. Trial 1 BUTTER. ARM, SHORE, LETTER, QUEEN, CABIN, POLE, TICKET, GRASS, ENGINE. Good, now tell me all the words that you remember that were on that list. BUTTER, POLE, ENGINE, ARM, CABIN, SHORE? was SHORE one of them? I think That s all. Now I m going to show you that same list again. Read each word out loud and try and remember it. Here we go. Trial 2 POLE, LETTER, BUTTER, QUEEN, ARM, SHORE, GRASS, CABIN, TICKET, ENGINE. When you say it s some people say still winter Because it s cold. But we are in the Spring equinox, so the days are getting longer so that s how I remember it s I just remember that the equinox is March sometimes so, don t ask me. Now without looking at your watch, I can t tell if you ve got one on, but don t look at it No, I don t. Approximately, can you tell me what time it is? It s probably around two-ish. Two o clock? Around 2 I think, yes. And what is the name of the place where we re at right now? Umm, I don t know the name of the building, is that what you mean? Yes, the location, like can you describe where we re at? Downtown Chicago. Downtown Chicago, and I came with my daughter, and umm rats we re West of State Street and Do you happen to know the address of where we re at? No, no, I don t. I don t. Or the name of this clinic or where you re at right now? Umm, I m in the clinic of the doctor that I was referred to.
