2 2 Active Collaboration To give you the best design and technical support we can, Sabra Creative offers clients a retainer that allows for an active, ongoing collaboration. A retainer enables us to get to know your needs intimately and fulfill those needs efficiently. The best part is that it also gives you reduced rates, saving you time and money. Whether you require regular support with updating and managing your new website or you require printed promotional material like business cards, having Sabra Creative on retainer means we ll be able to provide you with that support and those materials in a timely manner and for less than what you would pay if we weren t on retainer. Having a one-stop-shop like Sabra Creative means never having to hunt around for service providers when you need them. We can handle all your all creative, web, media, and marketing projects. And you know you re going to get consistent, high-quality work every time.

3 3 Possibly the best thing about having Sabra Creative on retainer is that it lets us get to know you better as a client and consult with you about what direction to take your marketing materials and what technical support you might need. We have great relationships with local D.C. print studios, so we can even deliver gorgeous print projects in a timely manner. 4 4 Pricing Non Retainer HOURS HOURS HOURS HOURS $150 $120 $100 $85 RATE / HOUR RATE / HOUR RATE / HOUR RATE / HOUR Retainer periods start at a minimum of 3 months. Longer agreements can be charged monthly, every three months, every six months, or yearly. For monthly charges, payments will be conducted through automated recurring DEBIT or CC charges on the first day of each payment month until the retainer period is over. Full terms and conditions can be found directly on the CC or DEBIT Authorization form to be signed. Monthly overage hours are billed at $150 / hr.

5 5 Terms Retainer plans start at a minimum of 5 hours per month for 3 months. Monthly retainer hours are valid between the first and last day of each calendar month. If unused hours exist at the end of the month, a maximum of 20% of the monthly hour agreement may roll over to the next month. These rollover hours expire at the end of the following month. We ask for reasonable turn-around time requests (at least hours). Requests submitted with extremely short turnarounds may be subject to rush rates. If your project is about to exceed the amount of hours in your monthly plan, you will be notified and given the option of treating the excess hours as monthly overages or as a separate project.
