Description: Brass or stainless steel size 48 x 19 mm, adhesive backed with printed identification. 敘述 : 黃銅或不銹鋼, 尺寸 48x19mm, 後面具黏性與印刷識別 PART 3 EXECUTION 執行 3.1 PREPARATION 準備工作 A. Degrease and clean surfaces to receive adhesive for identification materials. 去除表面油脂並清潔之, 以準備為識別材料上膠黏劑 B. Prepare surfaces in accordance with Section for stencil painting. 以符合單元 之規定為表面做準備以做模板文字上漆 3.2 INSTALLATION 安裝 A. Apply stencil painting in accordance with Section 模板文字上漆要符合單元 之規定 B. Install identifying devices after completion of coverings and painting. 於外覆與上漆處理完成後, 安裝識別配件 C. Install plastic nameplates with corrosive-resistant mechanical fasteners, or adhesive. 用防蝕的機械扣件或膠黏劑來安裝塑膠名牌 D. Install labels with sufficient adhesive for permanent adhesion and seal with clear lacquer. For unfinished canvas covering, apply paint primer before applying labels. 標籤安裝要以有效的膠黏劑做永久黏合, 並用透明亮漆做密封 在貼上標籤前先上一道底漆 E. Install tags using corrosion resistant chain. Number tags consecutively by location. 掛牌安裝使用防蝕鍊, 用位置來編號碼 F. Install underground plastic pipe markers 150 to 200 mm below finished grade, directly above buried pipe. 埋入的塑膠製管標識, 應安裝於完工地面下 150 至 200mm, 並應直接裝於埋管上方 G. Identify air handling units, pumps, heat transfer equipment, tanks, and water treatment devices with plastic nameplates. Identify in-line pumps and other small devices with tags. 用塑膠名牌來辨識空調箱 泵浦 熱傳導設備 槽 與水處理設備 使用牌子 ( 掛牌 ) 來辨識順排泵浦與其它小型設備 H. Identify control panels and major control components outside panels with plastic nameplates. 使用塑膠名牌來辨識控制板與控制板外之主要控制配件 I. Identify valves in main and branch piping with tags. 用掛牌來分辨主 / 分支管上的閥件 J. 5 5 L. Identify piping, concealed or exposed, with stenciled painting. Use tags on piping 20 mm diameter and smaller. Identify service, flow direction, and pressure. Install in clear view and align with axis of piping. Locate identification not to exceed 6 m on straight runs including risers and drops, adjacent to each valve and tee, at each side of penetration of structure or enclosure, and at each obstruction. 使用模板 / 透板上漆來辨識埋管或明管 管尺寸 20mm 使用掛牌, 並能辨識出其功能 流向與壓力 安裝要以能清楚辨識並與管軸心一同調整 直線流向, 包括上升或下降流向, 其辨識物安裝位置不可超過 6m, 鄰接於閥件與三通管, 及穿過結構或內封的每一側和每一阻塞物上 M. Identify ductwork with stenciled painting. Identify with air handling unit identification number and area served.
