This is the final addendum. Item. Questions received to date: Question No. an you provide more information of the overall construction schedule? Specifically, when you anticipate Precast Scope to be installed. nswer No. We currently are anticipating starting construction of the parking garage in the summer of 00. Question No. Please clarify what sort of id ocuments you anticipate making available on //9. eing a esign/uild delivery method, should we be expecting bridging documents showing intended use of the structure and parameters we are to adhere to? nswer No. The bridging documents from the design team will be design development level of completion for bidding purposes. Question No. 3 onsidering the documents provided for the SOQ submittal are very close to bridging level status, would it be beneficial to move the schedule up to submit P a g e 3

We will allow time for the precast design build provider to align with the /E team so a coordinated package can be assembled, submitted to the ounty for plan check and issue of construction documents. Question No. 4 What finishes are expected on the exterior faces if the Precast components? nswer No. 4 LS3P will be specifying a light sandblast for the exterior-facing precast surfaces, and for the interior faces we would specify a smooth form finish. white aggregate mixture for all perimeter precast members will be specified while all full-interior members would utilize a standard aggregate mixture. Question No. 5 What are the minimal clearances to maintain in the various areas of the structure? Or is there a maximum beam depth you have considered? nswer No. 5 LS3P has been considering a 3-4 deep girder structure (including topping slab), and a 3-0 clear dimension for the double-tees including a topping slab. This would result in a minimum clearance under girders of 9-4 with a typical clearance under the double-tees of 9-8. Question No. 6 an you provide more 300 series drawings showing details and 400 series drawings showing more detail of the stairs, elevators, escalator and helices? P a g e 3
