For Rally Plates and Stickers, standard layouts are Free of Charge. All prices quoted are subject to sight of artwork. ARTWORK Artwork can be accepted by or disc. If you do not have a good quality print i.e. high resolution laser print, our design studio can work from what you have, whether letterhead or sketch. Please note that we charge any artwork required at cost. If you are submitting ready artwork, and want to be sure of the best printed image please ensure it complies with the following: Acceptable Formats: Drawings and Logos should preferably be either an editable eps or vectored image with text converted to a path or to curves. Where only a bitmap is available, it should be high-resolution (jpeg/bmp/tiff files preferred). Most files accepted. Preferred Software: Corel Draw Ver.13, Adobe Illustrator Ver. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the suitability of the product for its application. LEAD TIMES As a guide, please allow the following delivery times from order/artwork approval: 2-3 weeks for Rally Plates & Plaques, Fridge Magnets, Stickers, Banners, Tax Disc Holders, printed Garments and Bags. 3-4 weeks for Brollies, Pens, Embroidered Items. 4-6 weeks for Plastic Mugs, Ceramic Mugs. 6-8 weeks for Grille Badges, Enamelled Items. Lead times may vary at certain times of year, so, where a deadline exists, please inform us to ensure it can be met. For urgent orders please call us, if we can meet your deadlines we will. Certain urgent orders may incur an Express Job charge, which you will be advised of in advance. MATERIALS It is the customer s responsibility to ensure the suitability of the product for its application. DELIVERY Orders are normally despatched by courier for a one to two day delivery* (weekdays). For a Next Day Delivery, Saturday delivery, or for a timed delivery, there may be an extra charge. All parcels will require a signature on delivery unless arranged otherwise, therefore please supply a manned address for delivery of goods. Damages/shortages and errors must be notified in writing within 3 days of delivery of goods. Non-delivery no responsibility can be accepted unless we are notified within 14 days of invoice date.
