4 «ONE ULTREÏA» An exceptional grain for the ultimate experience One Ultreïa Caviar is an exclusive caviar It comes from a rare and unknown sturgeon. This fish demands excellence in its living conditions, and cannot be fished younger than 14 to 17 years. (For example Acipenser Baerii requires 5 to 7 years and Acipenser Huso Huso (Beluga) up to 18 years.) One Ultreïa is a delicate and sophisticated black caviar. The grain is small, tender, the color is beaded grey rather dark. Its flavor is subtle, its aftertaste is incomparable. The perfect balance. This farm raises its sturgeons within the strictest rules of aquaculture and with the deepest respect of nature.

LIVING CONDITIONS OF STURGEON The farm raises sturgeon in the strictest rules of aquaculture and respect for nature. FOOD The fishes are fed exclusively with organic food. Breeder has an unique «savoir-faire» of 20 years in sturgeon farms. His remarkable scientific expertise gives him to be promote President of the European Federation of Aquaculture.

This extraordinary case is entirely hand-made by Atelier Richard Guetta Paris in the most strict and ancestral tradition of French expertise. In a workshop-boutique on two floors, located in the heart of Paris, Richard Guetta create since He design and shape in the purest tradition of bags, accessories and objects in custom leather. Richard Guetta combines this experience to the refinement to give life at «l Écrin Caviar», creation of the brand Ultreïa. It is a box in the most noble leather crocodile : the Porosus. This is the rarest and most precious skin. The inside is covered with lamb. A removable display is disposed in order to maintain the 100gr box Caviar One Ultreïa cool.
