3 Foreword This Standard is a revision to QB/T Travelling case and trolley bag. 4 Travelling case and Trolley bag 1 Scope This Standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marks, labels, packaging, transport, storage of travelling case (travelling suitcase, travelling soft case), trolley bag. This Standard is applicable to various travelling cases, trolley bags with a function for carrying clothes, equipped with travelling wheels, pull rod. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. 6 4.5.2 Fatigue resistance of pull rod Perform inspection according to QB/T Conduct pulling-closing 4000 times for top grade product. The pull rod shall have no deformation, jamming, loosing Walking performance Carry out the walking test under specified load conditions. Qualified product walks 8 km continuously. Top grade product continuously walks 12 km. After the test, the travelling wheels shall move flexibly, no blocking or deformation. Wheel carrier, axle have no deformation, cracking. The abrasion of travelling wheel does not exceed 2 mm. The pulling-closing of pull rod is smooth, no deformation, loosening or blocking. The junction of pull rod and case body shall have no cracks, loosening. The case (bag) lock works as normal. When double-rod travelling case is in test, it shall totally pull out the rod. Apply load to the flexible part between pull rod and case body, 5kg for qualified product, 8 kg for top grade product Oscillation impact performance Carry out the oscillation impact test under the specified load conditions (the loads of side pull strap, side drag handle are 50% of the specified load). Respectively inspect back strap, carrying handle, side handle, pull rod, side drag handle, side pull strap. The times of oscillation impact are: 400 times for carrying handle, side drag handle, respectively; 300 times for pull rod (400 times for top grade product); 250 times for back strap, side pull strap, side drag handle, respectively. After the test, each component has no deformation, crack, fracture, open line. The fasteners, connectors do not loose. The case body (bag body) has no deformation, crack. The pulling-closing of pull rod is smooth, no deformation, loosening, blocking or dislocation. The junction between pull rod and case body has no crack, loosening. The case (bag) lock works as normal Impact resistance performance Carry out the falling test under specified load conditions. Case body, case mouth, lining frame do not deform or crack. Travelling wheels, axle and stand are not deformed, cracked. The gap of case bottom facing mouth, covering mouth seam gap do not exceed 2 mm. The seam gap of covering mouth is not greater than 3 mm. The travelling wheels work flexibly, without loosening. The fastener, connector, lock do not deform, no loosening or damage. Case (bag) lock works flexibly. Case (bag) surface has no cracks Static resistance of hard case body The hard case surface shall withstand static load continuously within 4h according to the specified load. 7 Inspect according to QB/T Rolling impact performance of top grade hard case Inspect according to QB/T The processing temperature before test is - 10 C Horizontal pull strength of zipper Testing device and fixtures shall comply with the provisions of in QB/T , QB/T , QB/T Take a section of zipper more than 100 mm on the testing sample. The width of upper fixture, lower fixture is 50 mm. When clamping, align the stich of small sample and clamp mouth of fixture closely. Turn on the tension machine. At a tension speed of (100±10) mm/min, test it till two stitched fabrics fall off and are damaged. The maximum value displayed by the tension machine shall be the stitch strength. If the number displayed on tension machine exceeds the value specified by stitch strength, but the sample is not broken, then it shall terminate the test Aluminum mouth hardness Test with Brinell hardness tester Case (bag) lock Inspect with hands. 8 b) qualified product: should any item of hazardous substance limit, appearance quality, mark, physical and mechanical properties fail, this product shall be determined as unqualified; when hazardous substance limit, mark, physical and mechanical properties meet requirements, not more than three slight defects are allowed in appearance quality, this product shall be determined as qualified. If the product has a defect that affects the product use, this product shall be determined as unqualified Batch determination rules a) Top grade product: when three testing samples all meet the requirements for top grade product, this batch of products shall be top grade products; b) Qualified product: when three testing samples all meet the requirements for qualified product, this batch of products shall be qualified. Should one (and more) is unqualified, it shall double sampling for re-inspection. When all in the re-inspection are qualified, this batch of products shall be qualified. 7 Marks, label, packaging, transport, storage 7.1 Marks The product inspected as qualified shall have the following marks: manufacturer (distributor) name, manufacturer address, trademark, grade, product qualification certificate (or inspection mark), contact number; when necessary, the product instructions on use (maintenance) shall be attached When necessary, the product outer packaging shall include product name, item No., color, quantity, storage (protection) marks. 7.2 Label The product label shall contain the following information: product name, product reference standard, specification (model), item No., main body materials (fabric, lining), qualification (inspection) marks. 7.3 Packaging The inner and outer packaging of product shall use appropriate packing materials to prevent the product from damage during transport, storage. 7.4 Transport and storage - Prevent exposure, rain and snow shower; Buy True-PDF Auto-delivery.
