5 Foreword This Standard is drafted according to the rules given in GB/T This Standard equivalently adopts CISPR 25:2008 Vehicles, boats and internal combustion engines - Radio disturbance characteristics - Limits and methods of measurement for the protection of on-board receivers published by International Special Committee on Radio Interference. This Standard is consistent with GISPR 25:2008 in the technical content and the structure. Considering the practicality of China's national standard, it deletes the Foreword, Informative Annex I Items under consideration, and H.3 Reference Documents in Annex H. This Standard replaces GB Limits and methods of measurement of radio disturbance characteristics for the protection of receivers used on board vehicles. The main technical changes made to GB are as follows: - Change of the standard name: changed from Limits and methods of measurement of radio disturbance characteristics for the protection of receivers used on board vehicles of version 2002 to Vehicles, boats and internal combustion engines - Radio disturbance characteristics - Limits and methods of measurement for the protection of on-board receivers ; - The applicable frequency range is extended from 150 khz khz to 150 khz khz; - The disturbance limit of complete vehicle and components has be changed significantly; the average detector limits are newly added; see Table 4 to Table 12, Table G.1 and Table G.2 of this Standard; newly add Figures 4 and Figure 16, "Average limit for radiated disturbances from GPS band to MHz" of complete vehicle and components; - Chapter 4, there are significant changes in Figure 1 Method of determination of conformance ; provide Table 1 Spectrum analyser parameters and Table 2 Scanning receiver parameters in detail; newly add 4.5 Power supply ; - Contents that are newly added: Information Annex A Flow chart for checking the applicability of this Standard ; informative Annex C Sheath-current suppressor ; informative Annex D Guidance for the determination of the noise floor of active vehicle antennas in the AM and FM range ; informative Annex G Radiated emissions from components/modules - Stripline method and informative Annex H Interference to mobile radio communication in the presence of impulsive noise - Methods of judging degradation ; Page 5 of 92
