4 Foreword All technical content of this Standard is mandatory. This Standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T This Standard replaces GB Industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) radio-frequency equipment--electromagnetic disturbance characteristics-- Limits and methods of measurement. Compared with GB , the main changes are as follows: - specified the application scope of Clause 1; - modified Clause 2 Normative references ; - in Clause 3 Terms and definitions, added 4 definitions of industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) (RF energy) applications, equipment for resistance welding and allied processes, low voltage and small equipment; - in Clause 6 Limits of electromagnetic disturbances, the main changes were summarized as: category A high-power equipment limit changes (a group of power dividing line ~ 20kVA, 2 sets of power dividing line 75kVA); for category A equipment, the 3m limit was added, but only for small equipment; - in 7.5 Configuration of equipment under test, added For a separation distance of 3 m the assessment of the radiation from the cabling of the EUT shall be restricted to those fractions of interconnecting cables (see 7.5.2) and mains cables (see 7.5.3) which are within the test volume of 1.2 m diameter times 1.5 m height above ground. 5 This Standard uses translation method and identically adopts International Electrotechnical Commission IEC/CISPR 11:2010 Industrial, scientific and medical equipment - Radio-frequency disturbance characteristics - Limits and methods of measurement. It only made the following modifications: - modified Annex G Frequency bands allocated for sensitive radio services so as to make it suit the national conditions of China by referring to Provisions on Radio Frequency Division of the People's Republic of China (2010) (Decree No. 16 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). 7 Industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) radio-frequency equipment - Disturbance characteristics - Limits and methods of measurement 1 Scope This Standard applies to industrial, scientific and medical electrical equipment operating in the frequency range 0 Hz to 400 GHz and to domestic and similar appliances designed to generate and/or use locally radio-frequency energy. This standard covers emission requirements related to radio-frequency (RF) disturbances in the frequency range of 9 khz to 400 GHz. Measurements need only be performed in frequency ranges where limits are specified in Clause 6. For ISM RF applications in the meaning of the definition found in the ITU Radio Regulations (see Definition 3.1), this standard covers emission requirements related to radio-frequency disturbances in the frequency range of 9 khz to 18 GHz. Requirements for ISM RF lighting apparatus and UV irradiators operating at frequencies within the ISM frequency bands defined by the ITU Radio Regulations are contained in this standard. Equipment covered by other CISPR product and product family emission standards are excluded from the scope of this standard. NOTE Induction cooking appliances are in the process of being transferred from GB 4824 to GB Until the removal of induction cooking appliances from the scope of GB 4824, users of the standards may choose either GB 4824 or GB for testing. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document.
