S&P-PRO FXSUNDAYS GAME CHANGER

Introduction We have called this course Game Changer because thats exactly what it is, for any level of Trader this will change the way you trade, will help you make the right decisions for entries, will make you look at the structure of the market in a different way. From the newbie to the most experienced of Traders, this will give you an extra insight and edge to the markets. What we will cover in this course Exstensivly we will cover Camarilla Pivot Points. Day Trades, Weekly Trades and Monthly Trades. Opening Range Trades for Indices which can also be used for FX, Oil etc. Candle Volume Charts and Identifying Entries. Using Trade Interceptor on Iphone/Pad/Android which is ideal for those in full time employment. UPDATE NEW CHAPTERS EMA's 1hr charts Bollinger Bands our way

CAMARILLA PIVOTS Camarilla Pivots are a real game changer, the reason retail traders do not use them is because they do not understand how to use them, the reason profesional floor traders and institutes use them is because they understand the power of these points and how to use them in the correct way. First lets look at examples of the pivots and their layout. This is Camarilla Pivots calculated for the day. Camarilla Pivots calculated for the Week.

Camarilla Pivots calculated for the Month. As you can see we have the Pivot which is the Close/Open, then we have Resistence 1-4 and Support 1-4. Now im sure your thinking thats a lot of levels for a chart, your right it is, and here is where the trick is, even people who are aware the R/S 1&2 are pretty dormant levels, they keep them on their charts and get side traked and tempted by them. Now not to say these levels are no good, its just the fact they will get you in more trouble way to often to make them viable. So what we do is we get rid of them all together, any charting package will allow you to have the 1&2 levels invisible and it looks like this below. Camarilla Pivots calculated for the day.

Camarilla Pivots calculated for the Week Camarilla Pivots calculated for the Month. So there we have it, we get rid of R/S 1&2 and we just keep R/S 3&4 and as you can see with the weekly levels we reversed at S4 perfectly and Monthly levels we reversed at S3 perfectly, actually we reversed there 3 times giving gigantic profits. This is the S&P 500 in these charts but we will have many more examples later on to go through, firstly we shall go through how we trade these levels on a daily, weekly and even monthly basis. By taking out the 1&2 it gives us much more room to work with and a better frame to work with for day trading and weekly/monthly position/swing trading.

So time to get to the business end of trading these pivots, the accuracy will i promise, astound you. These levels work the same on the daily - weekly and montly basis. Firstly we need to point out that and pivot near a 00 level will often be strong. For example, lets say we are in a bull market and for the week we are very bullish indeed, on the daily levels we would look for buy signals at S-3&4, lets say we get a buy signal at S3, we take the trade and we expect this to test R4, so naturally this is our top profit target, but we can also use the Pivot to take profit and R3, this depends the type of trader you are, especially from a day traders perspective as you may like to scalp 20 points a day only, if your more of a trader who is happy to ride a trade and move up the stops or tapper the trade down you can use the Pivot and R3 to do this, and of course this is the same visa versa if we are in a bear market or bearish for the week. Now if we push through S3 and we get the buy signal at S4 its pretty much the same though we can now use S3 then Pivot then R3 and if its one of those great trading days we can look to push to R4. The examples below are WTI, we are in a bear market and we get exactly what we are looking for, the sell signals may not be the best on these 15 and 5 minute charts, but we have some great systems on lower time frames which we will delve into later. Here we reverse at R3, shoot through the Pivot and S3 hit S4 15min chart.

Same chart 5min Here we hold up at R4 and then reverse, break R3 and pull back to R3 and sell off to S4 15min chart.

Same chart 5min. Ok so there we have it, will go into more detail when we go through the Day Trading and Weekly Position/Swing Trading chapters but for now that is the most basic and simple way to describe Cam Pivots, and they work so well you will wonder how you have not been introduced to these before. Right we have covered the basics of how to trade these and how they give us natural profit targets, lets go through stops and the other side of it which is the R/S4 breakout trade and also look how to trade R/S3 breaks and failures. With stops the correct way to use them would be to use the 3&4 levels, so buy at S3 and stop is just below S4. Ok this is the correct textbook way, we dont do text book so what we use for stops is the high/low of the candle we bought/sold from, we can of course add 5-10 points on top to be on the safe side or you can just use 20 points from S3 for example, if thats where you bought from. We want to keep our risk small, we have given you the rules, now ive given you our preferred method and later in the course we shall give you even tighter ways to use stops using 2 minute charts. R/S4 Breakout Now we are not especially keen on this breakout trade so will give the details but also say this is not something you 100% need but it will offer many trades if you decide to add it to the arsenal. R/S4 people are looking for a breakout, so momentum over this level may lead to people taking momentum candles to get into the trade where as we would prefer a decent break of this level and look to take a pull back, but we have to be in a strong market otherwise we stay and wait for a better trade from an R3 for example.

Now there is a way we can get invovled and that is if the market opens above the 4 level then there is a good chance a pull back will hold and push further on. On a daily point of view its not going to often if ever we open above/below the 4 level, on a weekly basis we have a chance but rareley to open above the 4 level. Also if we open inbetween the 3&4 level we can look to buy pull backs to 3 level hoping to break the 4 level and opening this high/low would make a sustained break of 4 level more likely. Below is an Weekly example of the French CAC opening above, pulling back and pushing higher into the week. Daily example of breaking pull back pushing higher in WTI.

Another example of breaking very strongly and pull back in WTI. So that is the R/S 4 breakout trade, can be fantastic but we often expect to run out of room a bit above/below R/S4 so be cautious. R/S3 Breakout/Failure Lets take a look at how to play R/S3 other than just taking the straight reversal trade, so this is more a breakout and also failure trade. So we will use R3 to explain this but is of course the same for S3. If we get a break above R3 we can look for a pull back and buy signals to get into the trade to look for R4 as our profit target, not the biggest profit potentials but if the trade is there its worth taking. Point worth taking note of is that if get a failure at R4 then the same principles can be used to sell R/S 4 after a fail. Now if we break above R3 and break back down below, in other words we fail at R3, we can look for pull backs after the fail to sell R3 again, these can be very strong trades as they are rejecting the higher prices, lets look at some examples.

This is Brent 5min Daily. We break above R3 pull back and get buy signal and shoot to R4 where we reverse and finally push below R3 and pulls back to R3 giving a sell, only 50 points or so, but its a nice late in the day trade. This is Brent 15min Weekly. We get a nice break above R3, pulls back, gives us an ok buy signal and holds up at R4.

Final point on Cams is the size of the price between the Pivots and its very simple, if the price gaps are wide we could be in for an inside day, for example S3 - Pivot or even S3-S4, we can just bounce around these levels, wide gaps mean we have had big days and the market may need a rest. Smaller prices between the pivots will mean we have had some range days or a range day and we can look for breakout days, for example S4-R4 or S3-R4 looking to break R4 and push higher. Not to much to worry about but just get used to looking at the set up so you can quickly say potential range day, potential breakout day, simple as that. So that is Camarilla Pivots covered, they really are that simple to use and they give us a frame to work with each day and also from a weekly point of view as well. They do not work every time as that would be impossible, but every single day and week they will work on something, i would say the most consistent are Oils and US Indices and would reccomend that you look at them historically on your charts to study them closer and you will be very pleasantly surprised when you do. Very quick point on Classic/Floor Pivots, dont use R/S1 unless its the same or close to one of the Cam 3-4 levels. Use R/S 2-3 levels by all means but most importantly use the Pivot if it is the same level or close to the cam 3-4 level, often you will find it is near to the 3 level and often works a beauty. Cam Pivots rule and we normally just use the Pivot. Day Trading Now we shall go through the Day trading and Weekly and Monthly Position/Swing Trading. We start with day trading, no need to go through this too much as we have covered everything there is to know, so this will mainly be chart examples. Now for day trades we prefer using the 5 minute timeframe, this gives more confirmation, but we also like the 2 minute very much, then we drop to 1 minute also which can be very helpful for entries.

Brent Oil gives a sell at R3 and hits S4 and breaks out, gives sells on pullbacks to S3 and S4 also. Notice how close the levels are so breakout expected. EURUSD is an example of bouncing between 2 levels all day, S3-R3.

GBPNZD gives a nice sell signal R3 and hits S4. NIKKEI gives a sell and breaks S4.

NIKKEI again, holds S3, up to pivot, breaks S3 hangs around, eventually get a sell signal, breaks S4 and pull back to S4 and sells down again. WTI gives a lovely sell signal and breaks S4, later we pull back to S3 and sell back down to S4. These are just a few examples, when you start to study your favorite FX, Commodity and Indices, you will start to see how powerful these levels are. But remember not all levels will work all of the time, be patient and let them show you they are working, dont jump the gun.

Weekly Trades Weekly trades using Cam Pivots is a great way to trade the markets, you need to be patient of course and wait for the right signals to take the trades. Weekly levels can also be used for day trading as they are very strong levels and offer good day trading opportunities also. Our preference is to use the 4 level more so than the 3 level only because often the 4 level likes to be tested, this does not stop us from using the 3 level it just makes sense that if we are at the 4 level we have more chance of being over bought or sold so more likely to get a change of direction for a few days. One of the best ways to trade these weekly levels is to look for a poisition to take on the Monday or Tuesday, big rally either day can so often then reverse for the rest of the week giving us the big moves we are after. One decent trade a week will do you very nicely indeed and is great for those in fulltime employment as long as they can keep an eye on the levels to get into the trade. We prefer to use 1 hour charts and also the 15 minute charts for weekly trades as gives more confirmation but 5 min down to 1 min can be used once your good at spotting the signs with these. 1 hour will always be king and if you take trades early then change to the 1hr for confirmation. The beauty of 1hr charts you need only do minutes work on the top of the hour throughout the day. Same principles with Cam levels as the daily, the Pivot can come into play alot more with the weekly levels, for example break down to S4 rally up to pivot and can sell all the way back down, a few ways you can trade these so lets get onto some examples. EURJPY 15min reverses at R4 on Monday, hangs around at S3 comes back to pivot and sells there twice almost on the dot.

EURAUD 15min gives more of a day trade example from pull backs to S3. CAC 15min opens above R4 pull backs and pushes higher into the end of the week.

SWISS-30 15min opens above R3 and rallies, pull back to R3, 1 st buy signal showing traders paying attention to R3 and pull back again and buy signal and good rally higher. DOW 15min ranges around R3 finally breaks and pull back giving a sell and moves nicely lower, notice the wide price range between points telling us pivot S3 good for profit taking.

WTI 15min breaks R3 engulfing candle later another sell candle and sells off big. WTI 15min holds S3 double bottom rallies to R3.

DAX 15min buy candle S3 rallies over 500 points. S&P 15min sells off at R4 rebounds at S4.

Brent 2 weeks of 1 hour charts showing how nicely the Cam pivots work with the higher time frame. Brent 1hr chart just so you can see how powerful these levels are and how we work in the frame of these levels.

DAX 1hr, the first circle buy candle but closes below S3 = not a buy, the second circle buy candle closes above S3 = buy, up to the pivot sell candle down to S3. The next week we beak above R3 pull back buy candle as closes above R3, breaks R4 rallies. WTI 1hr, decent sell candle at Pivot down to S3. Now no action there until we get that tiny buy candle, thats all it takes, patience. The week after no buy candle at S4 but showing support, couple of hours later we get indecision candle but closing above S4, decent rally higher. Break S4 later see all the candles holding S4 and pushes lower.

So as you can see we get some really nice moves from these levels, Floor Pivots R/S 2&3 can be used in conjunction with these if desired also as we dont often expect R/S 2 of the floor pivots to be broken. Another point with these is that if your a day trader you can actually soley use these as your levels during the day as they will give trades all week long. As we stated we use the 1hr and 15min to get in but can drop lower for entries, you can get more confiramtion off 1hr charts but normally more risk in the stop loss, but is great for those in fulltime employment as you need only check the charts once every hour, but always rememeber if you get in early on the lower timeframes then switch to 1hr to confirm its good. Monthly Trades Monthly trades are much more of a specialist field, as we know its hard enough to hold a trade for an hour let alone 2-4 weeks, so will keep this short and sweet. Monthly is exactly the same as weekly but of course your holding for a lot longer and you can even use the daily charts for entries but of course bigger risk but they are worth mentioning here though primarily we are day traders and swing traders, montly trades fall into the position trading realm lets say. Here are some examples. DOW 15min we see hold S3 and push to R2 sell back down and finally push to R4 and breakout.

DOW 15min again just marking out some turning points on the Cams. DAX Daily Chart showing how you can pick some good positions.

DOW 1hr, 1st sell R3 then Buy S3 and you can see the action later, how well the market respects these levels. So as we see there are plenty of opportunites to trade the Monthly levels and they can be used for Weekly trades also, day trades also but be careful from putting to many S&R lines on your charts. Before we wrap up on the Camarilla Pivots let just give them a few last words. These are some of the most active levels you can work with in the markets and they come with ready made achievable targets to take profit at. They work across the board on anything you want to trade, Oil, indices, stocks, Forex, Bonds, the whole lot. Like with anything they will not work everyday on everything but something for sure they will. Just always rememeber the market conditions of the instrument you are trading, great example lately is Oil, sell when the opportunity is there and the signals are there, its very important to let the market show you its working at such a level and later we will be showing a variety of ways to increase your chances of figuring out just that. Lastly on Cams, when we are at S3 or R4 etc, we expect reversals, thats what we are looking for, we get there and we look for the action, the signals, the feel for the flow of the market at these levels and if you have patience and learn these levels then you may well only ever trade with the Camarilla levels ever again, you dont need anything else.

Opening Range Trade The opening range trade is really simple and works amazingly once learnt. We take the first 15 minute candle of the trading session and we use the body of the candle as our opening range, we dont use the wicks, we dismiss these all together, just the body of the first 15 min candle. So for example if we are trading European Indices like the DAX, we take the first 15min candle of the session which is 8am UK time, if we were trading the US indices we would use UK time to take the first 15min candle. Now we know on most days we will push points or so in either direction and we are looking for the break of the range and a reason to buy or sell, we can use various time frames, 5min and 2min time frames being our preffered choice. There are a few ways to do this so lets try to explain the best ways. Lets use buying as the example and of course it is visa versa for selling. Break and pull back is a great way to trade this, we get the break it pulls back and gives us a buy signal from the top of the Opening Range or inside of the opening range, this pull back can occur anytime of the day, with the first hour of trading up to the last hour. Momentum buy candle which is more of a break out system, this is often used with a 2min chart and we get a good mementum buy candle as we are expecting the rally to take place and push with momentum higher, 5min can also be used. Reverse trade, this will mostly occur in the next session for instance if we are trading DAX this can occur in the US session if they open weak, we wait for the opening range to break below the low of the range and trade it the same way with pull backs/mometum etc. The opening range will give trades everyday, patience is important untill the skill of learning the feel for the market or that of which you decide to trade. Forex and Oil etc can also be traded this way but the Indices are far better to trade like this. The last point on the OR is that you can use the OR from the day before also, worth keeping on the chart as a marker especially in a ranging market. Momentum candles are volume candles and you will learn about these later. Easiest way to explain the opening range is to show you so lets look at some examples.

15min candle is circled, as you can see we take the body of the candle as the opening range. DAX 5min same chart as above, broke above OR, pulled back in there twice with buy candles given.

IBEX 5min, breaks out early, pull back and sells almost on the dot. FTSEMIB 5 min, breaks out and sel candle, sells off.

DAX 2 min, OR is formed, we get some momentum candles breaking and away she goes.

DAX 2min, same chart as above later in the morning, pullback to OR, momentum volume candle, quick 50 point rally, notice further along the same occurred.

DAX 2min, same chart, breaks through low OR, straight away gives sell candle and sells off.

DAX 5min, actually a nice example of pivot and R3 being close together and selling off. We come back to OR twice and get buy candles twice. Further along when tested no reasons to buy but we do get a sell candle in the range which was the start of a nice sell off. Just to note with the black charts the lines do not show up so good, but if you look to the left of the chart the OR price is highlighted in the grey box with white writing.

IBEX 5min, lovely buy candle from the top of OR and 100 point rally. DOW 5min, extreme example but after the markets settled we had various sell candles which then sold off whilst the market was in a very volatile period.

DAX 5min and this chart is live as we create this course, OR from yesterday, today we break through and sell candles and quick push lower. FTSE100 5min, broke out nicely, pulled back and sold off 50 points in just over an hour, this was today.

So there is the Opening Range trade, its not magic but its very good, again its not going to work perfectly every single time but if your patient and wait for the correct signals it will more often than not give you some great trades. Worth noting that once the OR is broken we expect the market to close above the OR and visa versa when selling, not always true but very often this is the case hence we take the pull backs all day long as long as we get the correct buy/sell signals. The European Indices work the best no doubt as less volatile than the US Indices, though these do work very well also, the market action is more frantic and worth waiting for the first hour of trading to calm down, with the Euro Indices we can get straight onto them if conditions are correct. The OR as we say does work for FX and Oil as well but less consistent, but if you have favorite pairs of FX, work with and get used to how they respond, some are better than others. With time and patience this can actually become the only trade you take each and every day.

CandleVolume Charts and Entries CandleVolume charts are a great tool to use to enhance your trading. They are exactly as they say, candles which show the volume traded, they do this by chaning the width of the candle, the fatter it is the more volume traded which is great for spotting reversals, a big fat buy candle at your S&R levels tells you the level is good, you can then look for more volume in the candles there after to confirm you have caught the rally you were after. Also these can show the start of another leg higher, for example you may get an engulfing candle on lets say a 5min chart, you can see previously the volume was thin by thinner candles, now we get the engulfing candle with good width and its a sign to buy with volume coming back into the market. As always its easier to understand with some examples, so we will show these now along with entry and exit strategies and signals. We use Trade Interceptor for these charts, on the Ipad/Android Pad these are fantastic and we even prefer this to desktop now, the Iphone/Andriod they are great as well to use when your out and about or at work, set an alarm for your levels and see the action when they are hit. For the desktop version we recommend staying well clear, its not very good and Trade Interceptor was made for mobile devices which they have made very well indeed. This shows where you can find Candlevolume charts in Trade Interceptor.

DAX 2min, this is Weekly Cam S3, buy candle followed by decent volume candle, pulls back and you can see another buy candle followed by 2 decent volume candles, rests and goes again, the lows of these volume candles can be used to move stop if desired.

DAX 5min, same chart but 5mins, not quite an engulfing candle but close, it shows buyers coming in and you could buy the close of the first green candle with stops below the low, or you go down to 2 min chart as shown above, better entry with the 2 min. But as we see with the 5min after, we ge decent volume pushing us higher, pull back and push higher again.

DAX 5min, example of a double bottom, sometimes its hard to take these with confidence but with candle volume its not at all. We get a buy candle and push higher, pull back and another buy candle again at double bottom, ok volume and more volume comes in to push it higher again.

DAX 5min, Floor Pivot and R3 close together, nice sell candle followed by good volume, another sell candle on pull back to R3 followed by volume, gives us confidence to hold lower, get to our opening range, engulfing candle which means exit the trade. Can go long engulfing candle as it shows good volume, later the same again, decent volume and buy candle.

DAX 2min, buy candle at S4, decent volume then we start getting even better volume candles and push higher, again can trail stop at the low of the good volume candles.

GBPNZD 5min, nice sell candle at R4 with decent volume, hangs about then get some very nice volume, pulls back to R3 and goes again hitting S3 and even later on in the day you can see the 5 min candle, how fat it is compared to the previous ones, shows we could be at the start of a rally and we were indeed.

SWISS-30 2min, nice engulfing buy candle at S3, comes back down shows support, nice fat green candle and its the start of a push higher.

DOW 2min, thin volume engulfing candle at R3, sells off big volume down to S4 and decent volume green candle followed by buy candle and start of the push back higher.

S&P 2min, sells at R3, not much to get you in there unless you sell the close of the first volume candle, S3 then shows support and volume coming back into the market on the upside. Rally to R3 then an engulfing candle and sells off.

WTI 5min, volume candle closes below S3, small sell candles here follows through below S4, pulls back and sell candle at S4 and pushes lower.

DAX 2min, OR trade, we saw this earlier in the Opening Range section, we have the volume candle which takes us higher but more importantly we want you to look at the second circle and low of OR We have that red volume candle and after that we have an inverted hammer candle, this is what you can look for for break outs of the OR but really its preferred only on the 2min chart, so often this works wonderfully.

Last of all we will just cover a few entries using EMA's to help us in a trend using the 2min charts. Most people overlook the smaller time frames but if you are a day trader 2min charts can be king for entries and riding the trade or entries to jump in on a trend. We use EMA 21 and 50, we dont look for crossovers, we look for momentum and volume through the EMA's and look to buy pull backs in a short term trend, this can happen more often in US session as we get more volume. S&P 2min, we get a good push above EMA 21 and 50, pull bck and get a hammer at the EMA 50 and push back higher, can then use the 50 EMA or 21 to ride the trade.

S&P 2min, we actually get an engulfing candle at the low after the volume had dried up, this is good for an entry if your quick, if not we wait for a pull back, we get a good second candle after touching EMA 50 and we shoot hard to the upside and again we can ride this using the EMA 50.

DOW 2min, nice chart here, break above EMA 21, break above Floor Pivot and R3, pull back and buy candle at Pivot/R3, push higher and pull back to EMA 21, hammer candle and push higher. So there we have the CandleVolume charts which help with our entries and riding the trades, also can help to exit of course. EMA are handy to ride trades and get in on the trends and also can be used in conjunction with Cam pivots and OR.

Points to Remember Putting that all together we need to keep it simple. Candle Patterns we use are engulfing candle, hammer and inverted hammer, we prefer to use these patterns on the 2min chart, hammer on the 1min can be good but not engulfing. 5min chart these are also good but still we have the preference of 2min as less risk. These added with volume is always a stronger indication, we dont need to know the actual volume, only we need know that more is coming in, thats enough for us. Double bottom/top always a winner especially if this occurs on a R or S and we get that volume showing in the candle. 00 levels for example DAX or DOW or WTI, always keep an eye out for these as often on the 2min your will get a hammer candle and rally away from these points, always worth a look. Trade Interceptor We will just cover some screen shots of set ups we like, for more information on how to use Trade Interceptor please go to their YouTube channel which covers Apple and Andorid. Trade Interceptor is a great tool to have, its mobile and has 2 min charts and of course Candle Volume. You can set price alarms which is handy on the go or at work so you know when a Daily or Weekly Cam Level is being tested. Its free to download and use and you can link brokers through them to trade directly on their platforms of which we use FXCM, hence all price levels we quote with our trade ideas are of FXCM.

This is EUSTX 2min DAX 2min DAX 5min. The 2min we can look for entries and the 5min gives bigger picture. Of course if only trading DAX or Oil for example you could have 2min 15min and 1hr, any combo that suits you style.

We like to use this set up with EUSTX and DAX 2min, the reason being often the EUSTX will give the clues that DAX will reverse etc, this is because EUSTX is less volatile, this is today and we see EUSTX reverses at S4 whilst DAX rejects 00 level, nearly 100 points we took off this today, for day trading DAX its a great set up.

This is DAX 1 & 2min and DOW and S&P 2min, handy all day but especially in US session as these move together and often one holds the key to the reversal. We see DOW earlier in the day give a buy from the 00 level and late S&P from again 00 level. If you only trade DAX this can help to confirm entry, here again we are in the OR , buy candle, S&P helps confirm and there she goes again, this is yesterday at the time of writing. It really is a question of what suits you in your set ups, you may only want to use this for your entries etc. But for example you trade USD pairs only in FX, you can create a set up with 2-4 pairs. Experiment with it, its a great addition to trade with, we still have our higher time frames on our trade stations for a bigger picture of the market flow, but ultimatly we get our entries from the Ipad's.

Final Summery Camarilla Pivots are just a fantastic tool for trading, watch them, learn them, understand the strength of them and they will change the way you trade, you will be more consistent and profitable, use them as we have instructed and you will become far more profitable. They work on all Instruments, the advice we give is to find which work best for you, we recommend all Indices, Forex, WTI and Brent, all Stocks, in fact just anything you can trade, great for Options traders also. Weekly/Monthly Trades you now know the structure of the chart and what we are looking for, dont jump the gun, the chart has to tell you, you are correct and always try to remember to go with the flow of market dirrection and be patient, Weekly Trades rarely hit targets in a day, noramally its 2 minimum and tappering the trade is always advised, hit 100 Points take half off. The best part of these is for busy people, have your plan and feel of the markets for the Week, check you charts on the top of the hour to see if you have a trade. Opening Range trade is fantastic, we advise to back test it on your charts, you will be utterly amazed at how well it works, and because its a trade that can be taken all day long its another its another one where you can set price alarms and walk away. For us DAX, IBEX, FTSEMIB are king, though all European Indices are great. The US Indices as well are very good but of course can be a much more volitile session, as always we recommend watching and learning and finding what suits your trading. Forex and Oil are good but less consitent, they have less structure to them than the Indices do so we keep clear of them but again practice and see what suits. CandleVolume Charts, wish we knew about these earlier, great great great tool to use, we think of it as being able to look inside the candles and charts to get more inforamtion of exactly what is happening, this is an absolute must for giving you that extra edge and confidence. Two Minute charts for entries crossed with candle volume charts is a great tool, most people dont drop to low time frames but the 2min is a beauty. Also great for riding those EMA's. Learn to use 2 minute charts, as we have shown, you wont be dissapointed. And last of all Trade Interceptor, great mobile platform, can trade on the go or at work, full time traders dont need to be tied to the desk anymore, try it, you wont be dissapointed and best of all its FREE.

EMA's 1 Hour Charts This chapter is written after the course was released, it was only when I realised most of my own trading comes from the 1hr charts, taking trades a few seconds from the top of the hour that I noticed I did not cover this in the course, so here it is, it is massivly important. EMA's 21 and 50 and 200 ema's are used on the 1hr charts. These used in unison with Weekly/Monthly Pivots are given greater attention but we use them for market direction and in trending markets. What we look for in trending markets are pull backs into the ema's and buy/sell signals. When the ema's are broken with momentum this can lead to a reversal in the market and pb's into the 21/50/200 after momentum break often get us into the trade and yield big profits and 1 trade like this each week has enough profit potential it will be all you need. It works across the board, FX/Indices/Bonds etc. As always easiest way to explain is to show examples. Here we have WTI, breaks through the ema's nicely, pb to 21 sells, pb to 200 sells, again 21 then 50.

S&P 500 using the 200 for buys, also the 21 after big momentum break. You can see plenty more opportunities here also, quick day trades in for an hour and out. DOW with plenty of entries as you can see. The last circle is actually a trade we took today. We broke nicely and we expect to pb into 21 ema and shoot away, simple pull the trigger buy.

EURUSD, no explanation needed, all the entries are obvious to see. Final word. Incorparating these into weekly/monthly levels are very stron trades, also into your own S&R levels. Trending markets this stratergy can get you in on big moves. Try to stay out of ranging markets, wait for a the break of range and pull backs into ema's. 00 levels added with ema's are strong entries. Using these for day trades are very good, time your entries, let them run for the hour and get out or trail stops. Trading like this is very simple and also kind to the emotions of trading. Check minutes before the top of the hour, then just before the close its a simple question, is there a reason for me to get into a trade here, do I like the risk, is it a pin bar, is there a volume bar, have we reversed at ema 21, is there a reversal set up on the smaller time frames etc. Once in set the stop below the 1hr bar buy 5-10 points and walk away and check back in minutes. I advise adding these to your favorite markets and look back through past action and you shall be enlightened.

Bollinger Bands Bollinger Bands Settings Number of Periods 14 Number of Standard Deviations 2 It is important to set the Bolliner Bands to these settings. Also hide the moving average of the Bolliner Bands as we use the 21 EMA. With the Bolliner Bands we are looking for overbought and oversold conditions, various indicators can be used for this but its not to hard to see with the naked eye, a simple Stochastic can work well, markets neeed to move up and down. We use the 1hr and 4hr charts for this, you can use any time frame, the 5min is good as is 15min, but we like to put a trade on and let it run so we use the higher time frames. Entries There are a few entries we can take, coupled with a Pivot or 21 EMA will always make the entry stronger. Break of the BB and we reverse back in with momentum buy/sell candle as seen below.

Bar closing outside of the BB after strong rally or sell off. Big bar up closing outside the BB and sells off. Bars that are not perfect buy/sell bars, but they close close to the BB. See they have some ok wicks, not that big but close next to or on the BB.

Strong Trending Markets As you see below, WTI trend lower, evertime it comes back and breaks the BB it sells back down, one of the strongest and best trades you can take. Thats the enrties delt with so lets look at some examples. DOW The 1st and 2nd circle from the left is doubled up with a Pivot Point, this makes it a stronger set up. Most of the circles are where we cross the BB with momentum and come back through the BB and get a momentum bar, pin, hammer etc. Thats the entry, then its a question of holding and initial target will be 21ema then the other side of the BB.

DOW Same chart but with Weekly Cams, see this oversold, broke BB, back through, buy candle doubled with S4 = massive rip. DAX Same as DOW, less hours traded and even more prevelant how we have to pull back into the bands once broken.

WTI Oil works great with these as you can see. DOW 4hr 4hr charts work a beauty also, same rules apply but we get less pin/hammer bars. We couple these up with the 1hr charts for further confirmation.

Stratergy We take the entry and the stop is 5-10 or so points below the low of the 1hr or 4hr bar, we then close half of the trade after the firs hour (provided it was a decent bar), move stop to the low of that 1hr bar or to BE, let it run looking for the other side of the BB. You may like to just close out profit after 1hr, the choice is always the traders. Summary You need to be very patient with this method, its pretty much as simple as that, check on the 1hr and 4hr, set up yes or no. Disclaimer There is a very high degree of risk involved in trading. In any market where a potential for profit exists, there exists also a risk of loss. Market trading is a risky business. You should only trade with money that you can afford to lose. You should ensure that in the case of a loss, the amount at risk should not affect your lifestyle and your family s in anyway.
