2 WHO WE ARE Natural Spa Factory was started in 2009 by husband and wife team Emma Webber and Jeremy Smith. His established career running a spa consultancy business, designing and building spas; gave them the confidence to start their journey and create beauty products that are insparational, natural, innovative yet luxurious and only available through independent retailers, spas and online. What we do Based in the World Heritage city of Bath, we use botanically sourced ingredients derived from nature like herbs, plants and flowers and all of our products are free from Parabens, SLS, MCI and Methylisothiazolinone. The products are not tested on animals and they are made either here in the UK, or in the home of scent, France. Our products are truly inspired by the seasons and the food we love. The result is a collection of natural and beautiful products that inject goodness and wholesome nourishment into body and skin; boosting you from the outside in. Our belief is that we do not want to force Natural Spa Factory upon a spa as a Product House but instead grow, develop and highlight the USP s of each spa that we partner with. We love looking at what makes you special - and offering solutions and ideas to highlight this. Our products consist of 3 key skincare ranges Illuminate, Gold and Capsule Collection - and a lot of body care. We have the incredibly nourishing Bumps a Daisy pregnancy range, a plethora of body scrubs, wraps, massage products, and the thing that started it all naturally harvested mineral rich Rasul Muds. 8 TERMS AND CONDITIONS DELIVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKING A PURCHASE Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on Checkout and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. You can pay via PayPal, Visa and MasterCard or you can register as a verified trade account and use a PO number. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone or post. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. DELIVERY SCHEDULE We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 to 5 business days. International orders need to contact head office for orders. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. If goods are damaged in transit please address within 24 hours. BACK ORDERS If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
