9 Creation Station Welcome to Creation Station! For the next two months, we are going to be telling the story of Creation during the Bible Story. Each week you will be introducing a new day of Creation using a train theme! You can make the engine and cars of your train out of different colors of poster board. We will provide artwork that you can use to cutout the shape of your train engine and the cars that will follow it. You will start out week 1 with the engine attached to the wall and add the cars on each week, so that by the end of the series, you will have a complete train on your wall! You will need a volunteer small group leader who can come in at the appropriate time during the story with that week s train car and attach it to the wall. You may also download some free train sound effects at soundbible.com that you can use as the train car enters each week. Once the train car is attached, you will be attaching different diecut shapes, etc, to the car to represent that particular day of Creation. You will need to keep these concealed in a small suitcase, travel bag, etc, until the appropriate time in the story. You can either use our train cars or create a train using posterboard or construction paper and the train wheels provided. This week, you will need: Car 5 and Car 5 Shapes Activity Pages.
