1 A WILD NIGHT OUT AT TIDBINBILLA SAMPLE ITINERARYS ITINERARY ONE Fri 28 th Sept / Mon 1 st Oct / Fri 5 th Oct / Tues 9 th Oct / Sat 13 th Oct 4.30pm 5.30pm Join our Wildlife Officers in the Fairy Garden for afternoon supplemental feeding of Bandicoots, Potaroos and Bettongs 5.30pm 7pm A Day at Tidbinbilla On the way back to camp stop off at Depot/Ranger 9pm Night Wildlife Walk around Flints and Star Gazing Wildfest guide takes you for a walk to spot pygmy possums, kangaroos, wallabies, ringtail gliders and more from camp as you learn about the night sky and all the stars 7.30am Bird walk with Wildlife Officers Explore the woodland bird community highlighting the wetland raptors and cockatoos. Learn bird songs and calls as the forest comes alive with the chorus of bird calls to greet the day 8.30am- 10am Guided Native Bush Food/ Medicine / Wildlife Walk with our indigenous rangers

2 ITINERARY TWO Sat 29 th Sept / Tues 2 nd Oct / Sat 6 th Oct / Fri 12th Oct 4.30am 5.30pm Join our Wildlife Officers in the Eucalypt forest to learn about all the 5.30pm 7pm Learn about the local Aboriginal People Explore the area around camp, what it takes to live in the wild, see bush tucker foods and experience a smoking ceremony 9pm Campfire songs and cooking Our Wildfest guide leads a singalong by the camp fire as you cook bush damper and marshmallows 6.30am Continental Breakfast in catering tent / hot self serve tea & coffee 7.30am 8.30am Join our Wildlife Officers with your infra-red goggles in the Fairy Garden as they do their early morning survey to see wildlife in the wild and count local species 8.30am 10am Enjoy time in the Tidbinbilla Playground with Nature Play build a cubby house in the bush and learn about mud kitchens

5 ITINERARIES Whilst every effort is made to keep itinerary information and schedule up-to-date, activities may be subject to change. Wildfest reserves the right to alternate times and experiences in our planned itineraries in the situation of Ranger and ACT Parks scheduling conflicts due to unbearably inclement weather, road closures, wildlife emergencies, fire bans and or any other circumstance beyond our control. Wildfest will go ahead in most weather conditions unless there is a force majeure. In these postponement situations, confirmed paid guests are offered the opportunity to reschedule at a later date or take a full refund if dates are unfeasible.
