1 Rural Alaska Community Environmental Job Training (RACEJT) Program Potential Assistance with Travel Funding and Other Job Training Needs Regional Resource List RACEJT course tuition and materials are provided free. If you are receiving unemployment insurance now or have received it in the past five years, your airfare, double room lodging and a small grocery stipend will be provided. If you have not received unemployment insurance, we still anticipate being able to cover most or all of your costs. However you may need to apply for scholarships from one of several service programs and organizations that support job training. If you are accepted we will work with you to apply for additional funding. Contact the entities listed in your region to ask about scholarships and additional job training resources, such as life skills, Adult Basic Education, and job placement expertise that may assist you in obtaining employment.
