Universal Oil operations are quite flexible to where the company is suited to deal with Oil and Gas business in all phases, from exploration, discovery and development to drilling of oil wells, maintenance of oil wells, refineries and oil products i.e. from identification through finished products. 10 CEO & PRESIDENT Abdulkadir Al-Nakib BSC Degree Aviation, Oxford - UK Mr. Al-Nakib is CEO and President of Universal Oil Reserves Inc. Mr. Abdulkadir Al-Nakib; studied Geophysics at the University of Baghdad, Iraq. Mr. Al-Nakib, has worked in the oil and gas industry which focused in the USA, Middle East, West Africa and South America. He has served in the capacity of President and Board Member. Mr. Al-Nakib attended flight universities in Oxford, England, completing his commercial pilot s courses and obtained his commercial pilots license, after which he became a commercial airline pilot. After locating in the United States, he completed several other international business courses, with a focus on the financial industry. He is fluent in English and Arabic. In 1983 he was a co founder, owning his own firm which focused in the financial service s industry. The positions he held included, CEO of Universal Oil Reserves Inc. President, as well as serving on the board of directors. He has worked in several financial service companies, becoming well recognized for his track record. He also served as President and a member of the board with a large Gypsum mining company, located in the United States. He has over 25 years of a proven track record in business including the oil and gas industry, as well as in international business. Mr. Al-Nakib was also awarded the world peace coin for his contributions, he has served in many trust foundations throughout the world. 7

11 VICE PRESIDENT Dr. Karim Akrawi PhD Degree Geo-Statistics and Exploration Dr. Karim Akrawi has PhD degree in Geo-Statistics and Exploration from London-UK and BSc degree in petroleum geology from Baghdad-Iraq. Dr. Karim Akrawi is founder, board member & Vice President of Universal Oil Reserves Inc. Dr. Karim Akrawi is Geosciences Director and one of the founders of Geodynamics - Italy 2000 Present; Dr. Karim Akrawi was responsible for worldwide Geosciences activities for Passive Seismic Spectroscopy (IPDS) Reservoir Hydrocarbon Indicator (RHI) surveys. Geodynamics conducted over 108 surveys in several worldwide oil basins ; Dr. Karim Akrawi was Senior Reservoir Geologist with Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO is producing 1.8 million BPD). He worked on most of the Exploration, Prospects, Discoveries and developed fields in UAE and other parts of Gulf exploration areas ; Dr. Karim Akrawi worked as Acting Head of Geology Department- Northern Petroleum Organization (ex.ipc) Kirkuk-Iraq. His work covered most producer fields, discoveries, exploration areas activities in central and north Iraq. Dr. Karim Akrawi has been contributing as an author or co-author in preparing, publishing, and presenting over 200 technical papers and reports in oil and gas industry in Iraq, UAE, Gulf and other parts of the world. 8

This system is used for information collection, decision-making support, management and interaction to the international oil and gas industry. 21 Passive Seismic Spectroscopy Technology GeoDynamics: Development, design and development of Infrasonic Passive Technologies (IPDS) began in The GeoDynamics organization was established in 2003 with the setting up of GeoDynamics Research S.r.l. The Research & Development center is in Rovereto (TN), Italy. IPDS benefits include: Effective cost and drilling risk reduction Tracing oil boundaries of geological objects at any depth Investigating the internal structure of objects of interest Obtaining data to assist in the initial mapping of prospects Areas of interest identified in the initial survey can be targeted efficiently for additional data acquisition to better delineate prospective resources GEOSPECTRA IPDS can identify barriers and boundaries in hydrocarbon zones, such as those caused by sealing faults and sedimentary barriers Before drilling an exploratory or appraisal well GEOSPECTRA IPDS can identify the local hydrocarbon potential or non potential as well as aiding in avoiding the drilling of dry holes and speed up the production development activities. GEOSPECTRA IPDS data can be integrated into existing seismic data for a better understanding of a potential hydrocarbon pool. 18

Consultation on formation evaluation (both; open and cased holes), drilling, reservoir management, reservoir simulation, production engineering and environmental Engineering. Training: Global GTC offers specialized courses throughout the world in-house and on location. Courses vary from staff development to building strategies. 26 Partnerships Universal Oil Reserves (Yemen) Ltd Universal Oil Reserves Inc. has an MOU agreement with Sheikh Abdul Salam Al-Rawas Al-Katheeri. The agreement by Mr. Abdulkadir Al-Nakib (CEO & President) and Sheikh Abdul Salam Al-Rawas Al-Katheeri (Chairman) stipulates the mode and type of cooperation and working together to acquire oil bearing concession blocks and others mutual interests in Yemen. Based on this agreement, a partnership between Oil Reserves Inc. and Rawas Investment & Development Group has been established between both parties for the purpose to explore, develop, produce and operate oil & gas concession blocks. Sheikh Abdul Salam Al-Rawas Al-Katheeri has BA degree in Law, Diploma degree in planning and security. He is the Chairman of Al-Rawas Group for Development and Investment, registered in Yemen and United Arab Emirates. Sheikh Abdul Salam Al-Rawas Al-Katheeri He is well connected to the main tribes of Yemen, and has large network connections in the Arabian Gulf region and other parts of the world, that include world leaders. His activities and interests are mainly in the oil & gas industry as well as in other major industries. Over the years, Sheikh Abdul Salam Al-Rawas Al-Katheeri has facilitated the introduction of many oil exploration and operating companies to Yemen, as they acquired oil and gas concession blocks as well as other business transactions in Yemen. Sheikh Abdul Salam Al-Rawas Al-Katheeri is one of the group leaders (population a ove one million) of the Al-Katheeri tribe, which are primarily located in south Yemen (Hadhramaut area), Oman (Dhofar area), United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and other parts of empty quarter throughout the Arabian Peninsula. His father (Sheikh Ali Amer Al-Rawas Al-Katheeri) was one of the rulers in south Yemen until 1967 (prior to this time south Yemen independent). The Al-Rawas family was the controlling family in the area for over 750 years. 23

27 Partnerships Universal Oil Reserves (Syria) Ltd Universal Oil Reserves Inc. has an MOU agreement with Mr. Amer Kadora President of (ARMKORG Group S.A) On April 9th 2009, Universal Oil Reserves Inc. announced that, it has signed an MOU agreement between Universal Oil Reserves Inc. & ARMKORG Group S.A. to established cooperation between both parties to apply for concession block in Syria. He is specialized in Formation Evaluation, the open and cased hole logging, LWD and MWD. Previously, he has worked for Baker Hughes Inc. as Global Recruiting & Research Manager - Geosciences - INTEQ in Houston, Texas. Prior to that, he was Senior Staff Advisor in Petrophysics and Formation Evaluation for the Middle East region for Baker Atlas division - Baker Hughes Inc. He was also Adjunct professor at the UAE University during He has broad international experience for over 30 years in different areas in the oil industry with different major international oil and service companies. He also worked as a research consultant for six major oil firms, a consortium in the USA. Talabani holds MS in Petroleum Engineering from University of Alaska-Fairbanks - USA, and Ph.D. in petroleum engineering from New Mexico Tech University - Socorro-NM-USA in combination with Colorado School of Mines - Golden-Colorado-USA. He has presented and published over 30 papers in different areas, and is currently writing a book on Formation Evaluation. Talabani is a member of SPWLA, SPE and Council of Energy Advisors & Association, Washington-DC. Over 30 years of international experience in different areas in the oil industry; Well logging, drilling, drilling fluids, cementing, reservoir & environmental engineering. 26

30 Advisors Serdar Kaya M.Sc, Resvoir Engineering Mr. Serdar Kaya is an independent consultant with an extensive experience and knowledge in reservoir characterization, geological modeling, and passive seismic applications. He has published innovative modeling approaches for challenging modeling issues. He has also successfully trained, mentored and coached many geologist and engineers in reservoir modeling. He holds both MSc and BSc degrees in Petroleum Engineering. He is currently supporting many clients from different parts of the world. 27

31 Advisors Dr. Maha Al Masri PhD Petroleum Geology Environmental Geological Advisor Dr. Maha has PhD in petroleum geology from Baghdad University Iraq ; She completed several contracts and research studies concerning field reservoir characteristic, sequence stratigraphy, oil migration and hydrocarbon entrapment in all parts of Iraq. In 2004, she joined an environmental company in the UAE, and then she moved to Inter Geo Emirates, branch of Inter Geo Austria as a consultant. Dr. Maha has completed several environmental, studies and has significant experience in environmental impact assessment for industry areas, also supervised sorting work in the landfill, hydro-geological, engineering assessment, groundwater, pollution with oil consultancy for ENOC/Dubai, marine surveying, monitoring, solid and water waste treatment. She started environmental activities and communicating with high Iraqi authorities, recently she visited the Minister and Deputy Minister of Environment, Ministry of Oil, Deputy Minister of Municipalities and the Governor of Basra. Also she visited the Water Resource Minister in Kurdistan. Currently, she is communicating with the authorities of water resources center in Kurdistan, as they need EIA for dams of Darbandekhan, also investment of landfills in Iraq and sewerage treatment plants, EIA for the southern part of Iraq. 28
