3 II MMI Sampling Survey Report, Oke Property, Ontario Mantis Exploration Inc. 1.0 INTRODUCTION Mantis Mineral Corp. initiated an MMI soil survey program on the Oke property over the summer of 007. A total of 94-soil samples were collected and analyzed for 46 elements using the MMI technique by SGS Minerals in Toronto. The following document is a report on the results of this survey..0 LOCATION The Oke property is located 70-kilometers northwest of the city of Timmins Ontario, in Oke Township. Referenced to NAD 8, the UTM co-ordinate for the centre of property is east, north Zone 17. The geographic co-ordinate is 81.9 west, north. Ontario MANTI. EXPLORATION INC. FIG : CLAIM MAP - OKE PROPERTY.0 DESCRIPTION The property consists of one 16-unit staked claim numbered 4097, approximately 56-hectares in size. The claim is currently under extension by Minister's order until and including October 5 th, 007. A total of $6, will be required in assessment work filed to keep the claim in good standing for another year. 4.0 OWNERSHIP The claim is currently held by Mantis Explorations Inc, a subsidiary of Mantis Mineral Corp., 8 King Street East, Toronto, Ontario, M5C 185. 5 MMI Sampling Survey Report, Oke Property, Ontario Mantis Exploration Inc. 5.0 ACCESS Access to the property is gained via the Shackelton gravel road located south of Highway 11 in the community of Fauquier, Ontario. 65-kilometers south along this road an east heading trail terminates at Ford Creek. Beyond Ford Creek A TV transportation is required for 1.6- kilometers to reach a flagged trail leading south for 1,ODD-meters to the number one claim post of the claim. 6.0 EXPLORArlON HISTORY Limited work has been reported on the property as it is completely covered by overburden. Reconnaissance government airborne EM and magnetic maps indicate sub-parallel northwest and west northwest conductors aligned in the center and northwest quadrant of the claim. Airborne magnetic maps reveal a dike swarm trending northerly along the eastern edge of the claim. In 1999 Meegwich Consultants Inc. completed a 16.5-kilometer ground magnetometer for Diatreme Explorations Inc. The survey was undertaken with a GSM-19 gradiometerto obtain total field and gradient data. The results of this survey confirmed the linear magnetic high of the regional government airborne survey and the association with dike swarms. A more massive intense magnetic high was revealed in the west portion of the claim within a broad zone of lows. 7.0 GEOLOGICAL SETTING The property is situated in the.67 to.75 Ga. Abitibi Greenstone Belt. Although much of the area and the entire property is overlain by Cochrane till, and regional geological maps suggest that the property is underlain by granite, nearby outcrops consist of intermediate metavolcanics. A major iron formation occurs just north of the property as well as a geophysically interpreted ultra-basic intrusive body. An outstanding feature of the property is a 1,ODD-meter diameter Forest Ring. Reducing bodies which could have formed this ring include kimberlite, sulphide bodies or pyritiferous shear zones. 6 MMI Sampling Survey Report, Oka Property, Ontario Mantis Exploration Inc. 8.0 SAMPLING METHOD AND APPROACH An MMI (Mobile Metal Ion) soil survey was conducted over the claim. A total of 94- samples were collected on a GPS established grid. The samples obtained at a consistent depth of 15-0 centimeters below the humus horizon were collected to measure the mobile metal ion content ofthe soils (see included charts). Mobile metal ions derived from the oxidation of a mineralized body collect in surface soils vertically above a mineralized body and quickly become incorporated into the soil mass. The MMI technique effectively measures the low concentrations of mobile ions before they become part of the soil. 9.0 SAMPLE SECURITY, PREPARATION AND ANALYSIS Approximately grams of sampled material was bagged into zip-lock freezer bags and delivered by company personnel to the laboratory of SGS Minerals in Toronto. A 46-element chemical extraction was performed on the samples. The results of these analyses were tabulated in Excel CSV format for interpretation. The data for elements of interest were re-calculated from the elemental absolute value to ratios derived by dividing this value with background obtained from the average of the 5 th percentile DATA VERIFICATION Laboratory protocol dictates running internal duplicates, standards and blanks. The results of this verification were within variance levels normal to the analytical procedure. No abnormalities were detected RESULTS The results of the survey were presented in Excel CSV format. They are included in original format as ed by the lab in appendix DATA INTERPRETATION Elements of interest namely, Cu, Pb, Zn for a base metal signature and Mg, Ni, Co for kimberlite and ultramafic signatures were bubble graphed and stacked bar charted with respect to W.Hanych, S.Ewanchuk September 0,

The co-ordinates of the grid were presented as V-X axis respectively on the bubble charts. Background values of the response ratios determined as an average of the 5 th percentiles for the elements of interest are as follows: Cu-57ppb, Zn-44ppb, Pb-9ppb, Ni-6ppb, Co-ppb, Mg-7ppm. 1. Gold was not detected by the survey.. Chromium, a useful indicator element for both, an ultramafic source or kimberlite source was not detected by the survey.. Line samples, 54180, , 54190, exhibit high Ni values in the area of an intense isolated magnetic high. 4. Line samples, , 54190, exhibit high Co values and moderate Ni values in the area of the intense isolated magnetic high. 5. Line samples, 54170, , 54180, , 54190,541970, 5400, 54070, 5410, exhibit higher than average values of Ni, Co and Mg. There is no explanation for this trend. 6. Line sample is high in Ni and above average in Co. The sample to the north of is high in Co. These samples are at the intersection of a postulated WNW-trending fault and a NW-trending dike. 7. Line Sample is abnormally high in Co, while samples , and 5400 exhibit consistently high values in Ni and Co. This trend may reflect an underlying mafic dike. 8. Line Sample is very high in Ni and lies within a postulated dike swarm. Sample 5410 and 540 are high in Co and may also occur within the area of the postulated dike swarm. 9. Line 490. In general this line exhibits higher than average Ni and Co values which may be stemming from the postulated dike swarm. 10. Cu Bubble Chart. The clustering of high Cu values in the SE quadrant of the survey area may occur within the area of the postulated dike swarm. 11. Zn and Pb Bubble Chart. Zn and Pb values mimic each other in the west portion of grid and cluster in the area of the intense isolated magnetic high. 1.0 Conclusion The eastern portion of the survey area is dominated by a postualted mafic dike swarm and the MMI results may be a reflection of this bedrock feature. In the west portion of the grid the area of the isolated intense magnetic high with associated Zn and Pb anomalies offers the best target for follow-up work. W.Hanych, S.Ewanchuk September 0,
