5 TRAINING CENTER EcoRP6 (a.k.a., Vinnie the Vintage) This EcoRP6 features technology from circa 2006 tech which is still used at GM Delta, Belvidere, Nissan Aguascalientes, and many more places around the world. This robot has a U.S. made panel, EcoRC2 Motion Controller, EcoPump8, Driver and Diagnostic Link (DDL), Cube 10 Color Valve Manifold, V15 Valve Manifold, and other production proven products. 10 TYPES OF COURSES OFFERED Open Enrollment Vs. Customizable Not every customer has the same needs, because we acknowledge this we have divided our training into two categories: Open Enrollment Courses and Customizable Courses. Open Enrollment Courses are off-the-shelf style training, held off the customer site, that provide key benefits: Secure the Best Return-On-Investment for the Training The learning environment is crucial. When you stay on-site to reduce cost, you may actually be getting less value for your money due to a learning experience filled with distractions. Improve Staff Morale You send a signal by investing resources into your personnel that they are valuable assets to the whole team. This can stimulate them to do better and make them happier, too. Increase Focus When employees are away from the plant, they can be more focused and therefore learn better. Build Your Team Staff turnover can negatively affect your success. Rebuild or refresh a team s knowledge while simultaneously teambuilding by sending them to training. 11 OPEN ENROLLMENT COURSES Save Money with Open Enrollment Courses Held in Southfield Courses include: Basic Paint Process BPP-1 This one day course familiarizes the student with the various types of paint application equipment and their corresponding applications. Focus is on the EcoBell family of atomizers, with special emphasis on paint application parameters and how they affect fluid delivery and paint finish. EcoDocu ED-TB50 This hands-on 4-hour course shows how to use EcoDocu to explore the interconnectedness of parts, drawings, and hotspots; use hyperlinks from the parts list to access documentation; use the robust search functions; and create an order. Robot Electrical Maintenance REME-1 This single day entry level course familiarizes you with the basic Dürr EcoRPE, EcoRPL, and EcoRS robot electrical maintenance. Students will also learn how to find all the manuals, schematics, and documentation in order to maintain the equipment. Basic robot operation and troubleshooting are also covered. Robot Electrical Maintenance REMI-3 This three day course builds on the training covered in Robot Electrical Maintenance, REME-1. Robot Mechanical Maintenance RMMI-3 This three day combined entry and intermediate level course familiarizes you with robot operation, safety precautions, and emphasizes a variety of handson activities. Atomizers (Fluid Control) RPFC-3 This three day course provides both theory and hands-on activities from a knowledgeable instructor with real-world experience to prepare participants with the repair, rebuild, and troubleshooting procedures for the atomizer and fluid delivery systems. Robot Path Programming RPP-3 This three day course familiarizes you with both the Dürr robot path programming teach pendant and programming language. Robot Path Programming, Basic 3 Days RPP-3 Introduces students to robot components, teach pendant operation, safety precautions, jogging, mastering, and program entry. High Voltage 1 day HV-1 Concentrates on the different high voltage systems and safety related issues. Examine the effects of high voltage on paint applications with lab experimentation using actual high voltage units. High Voltage 1/2 day HV-TB50 Get an overview in the Tool Box version of the full day class. This class focuses on theory. Robot Electrical Maintenance, Basic 3 days REMB-3 Introduces the robot and robot controller s electrical components with discussions about configuration and diagnostic procedures. Emu is emu in English, German, French, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Emu Operator/ Programming 2 days EOP-2 Focuses on the interface of the operator controls to the motion controls of the Emu machines. Students will modify, create, and maintain Dürr s Emu path programs. The class will also cover the principles of the Dürr EcoScreen. Additional topics such as Emu theory, preventive maintenance, and common application problems will be addressed. Emu is emu in English, German, French, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, and Spanish. But automotive feather duster machines actually use ostrich feathers not feathers from emus.
