One Day Regular Price: $799 Upstream (Exploration and Production) There is a lot to know about exploration and production and this course does a great job of covering all of the fundamental elements in one day. We also cover the background and structure of the industry and weave in current topics such as shale drilling. Many people will find this course to be all they need. It is ideally suited for oil and gas company newcomers, nontechnical and administrative staff, and industry supporters such as auditors, lawyers, investors, regulators, suppliers, contractors, etc. Two Days Regular Price: $1,399 Upstream in Greater Depth Plus Midstream This course covers exploration and production in greater depth and continues on into the important midstream functions of gas processing and oil and gas transportation. Liquefied natural gas (LNG) is also discussed. This course addresses both onshore and offshore operations and includes our full drilling video and world oil and gas overviews. There is no prerequisite for this course but it covers so much information that even industry veterans and technical staff will be engaged. Attendees can earn a nicely framed completion certificate by passing an optional exam at the end of the course with a 70%+ grade. There is no additional charge for the exam or framed certificate. Three Days Regular Price: $1,799 Upstream Thru Downstream This course requires good concentration skills but is worth the effort. We cover all of the information in Intermediate Oil and Gas and continue on into the downstream topics of oil and gas marketing and crude oil refining and distribution. We also cover unconventional hydrocarbons including shale gas/oil, coalbed methane, tight gas, oil sands and oil shale, plus renewable energy including ethanol, wind, solar, geothermal and hydroelectric. You ll feel enlightened after this course. Even people who work only in the upstream portion of the industry will gain insight from knowing how refining and marketing affects crude pricing.
