The details of the project and qualification requirements are given below: Name of Post: Senior Project Associate Minimum Qualification and Exp: B.Tech + 1 year exp. or M.Sc. + 1 year exp. Desirable Qualification and Exp: With degree in Printed Technology/Materials Sc & Eng. / Chemistry / Physics / Electrical Eng. /Chem. Eng. and experience in printed electronics/organic electronics/microelectronics. Material Science, Chemistry, microelectronics Hands on experience in working in chemistry lab / working with chemicals With experience relevant for thin film electronics, organic electronics, printed electronics; particularly with OLED Basic understanding of thin film electronics, i.e. fabrication processes, device characterization etc. Experience with printing technology, i.e. Screen Printing and Inkjet printing is a plus Nature of work:â The candidateâ s tasks and responsibilities will include: Fabrication of thin film electronics devices, especially OLED both by solution processing and evaporation Electrical and optical characterization of fabricated devices Ink formulation and characterisation Printing of functional layers Analysis of the printed layers and determining optimal printing parameters Researching, testing and acquisition of materials Prepare presentations and reports Salary: Rs / per month based on qualification Duration of appointment: 1 Year Contract (may be extended) Number of position: One Application giving full details of qualification and experience with copies of relevant certificates and contact details of at least two 1/2

3 INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY KANPUR ADVERTISEMENT Department of Civil Engineering Required a Research Associates (One post) in BRNS sponsored Project entitled, "Studies on Aerosol Behavior under Serve Accident Conditions in the Context of Indian Nuclear Reactor by Setting up of National Aerosol Facility". The appointment is purely temporary and on contractual basis. ABOUT THE PROJECT National Aerosol Facility (NAF) will address the aerosol behavioral issues in Indian PHWRs and generate a comprehensive database to facilitate the development of in house analytical tools. This facility will serve as a state of the art test facility for studying current outstanding aerosol mechanistic behavior issues in safety assessments pertaining to the Indian PHWRS. It will also serve as a national facility for Indian researchers to carry out cu stomized experiments in the field of aerosol science and technology as it pertains to nuclear power. NAF will be at par with other international facilities for nuclear aerosol studies; hence collaboration with international institutes is also envisaged. Candidates interested to work in this challenging project may apply MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE PhD + two years exp. in Atmospheric Sciences I Physics I Climate Sciences I Chemistry I Chemical Engineering I Environmental Science & Engineering/ Nuclear Engineering. Salary: Rs 40,000 per month (Depending upon the experience) Candidates are expected to have a mathematical background and knowledge of computer programming. Project Description: Atomistic simulation of semiconductor materials Physics of materials and devices Device simulation and Modeling of semiconductor devices Requirement & Skills: Strong background in semiconductor device physics, modeling/characterization Experience with Atomistic simulation tools like Quantum Espresso, NanoMOS, ATK etc. Experience with EDA tools like Cadence Spectre, Synopsys HSpice, Agilent ADS and ICCAP Experience in running TCAD tools such as Sentaurus TCAD and/or Silvaco ATLAS Initial appointment shall be for a period of one year only.
