The onlne communty lfe cycle s the sum of the stages of organsaton and development of onlne communty. The current approaches of scentfc researches of socal processes wthn the WWW are analysed. The types of lfe cycles are dstngushed and mplemented n the onlne communty management. The algorthm of lfe cycle stages of the onlne communty s desgned. The total qualty of the lfe cycle stages executon and qualty of the lfe cycle stages executon of Lvv Polytechnc onlne communty from 2013 tll Currently, the approprate study and development of communty management hardware and software provoke the most nterest because onlne communtes are a wdespread and popular phenomenon, and the exstng management software for them s mperfect and not complex. Introducton: At the current perod of mprovement and modernsaton of onlne communty management and Internet and global nformaton system World Wde Web, n general, onlne communtes consstng of usual users [1-3] of network are ganng an ncreasng role. Onlne communty [4-6] s a socal group of web users who communcate and co-operate va the Internet wth the help of specalzed servces and webstes wthn the WWW. Onlne communtes are one of the bascs for the up-and-comng establshment of the modern nformaton socety. The Unted Natons recognzed nformaton socety as the prorty target of modern human development. The nformaton socety s defned as a socety, where everyone s able to create nformaton and knowledge, have access to t, use and share t, gvng the ablty to ndvduals, communtes and peoples to fully realze ther potental, to promote ther sustanable development and to mprove ther qualty of lfe. In scentfc researches of socal processes wthn the WWW one can dstngush the followng approaches: Satsfacton of Consumer s Demands ths approach comprses the research of webste users behavor (web usage mnng) and ssues of webste desgn.the frst approach combnes researches [7-9 ] on web usage mnng (works of R. Kosala, R. Bayeza-Yates, G. Patetsky-Shapro), user actvty montorng (papers of B. Mobasher, S. Chakrabart), webste usablty (J. Nelsen, S. Krug). Communcaton Systems ths approach ncludes the research of varous communcaton systems of WWW users: e-mal, nstant messenger, audo/vdeo communcaton tools etc. The second approach ncludes organzaton and development of hardware and software tools for exchangng nformaton among people on the Internet. Basc concepts of the development of ths approach [10-13] were defned by T. Berners-Lee and J. Hendler. Formaton of Communtes and ther Management ths approach nvestgates the socal aspects of human behavor and the development of communty management hardware and software. The thrd approach conssts of two parts nvestgaton of soco-psychologcal aspects of human communcaton socal engneerng (there are known papers on ths feld by followng scentsts [14-17] K. Popper, A. Podgoreck, J. Karpnsk) and the organzaton of onlne communty management hardware and software. Currently, the approprate study and development of communty management hardware and software provoke the most nterest because onlne communtes are a wdespread and popular phenomenon, and the exstng management software for them s mperfect and not complex. As a result, among the known types of onlne communtes, web forums are one of the most powerful and popular servces of WWW, whch are desgned for arrangng users communcaton. The web forums are a unque source of nformaton, a place of accumulaton of large amounts of mportant, valuable nformaton and knowledge, a stmulus for varous commercal and publc projects. 1

Consderng the exstng nformaton about the onlne communty should pay attenton to the followng types of lfe cycles, namely: Software - onlne communty as software. The lfe cycle of the software descrbes n the form of methodologes or group standards [18-22]; Web ste - an onlne communty as an nformaton system [23]; Investment project - features of commercal or nvestment project. The researchers of the project lfecycle nvestment project lean on the program of ndustral development of UNIDO and project management methodologes [24]; Bass management and marketng of products - marketng and management needs n the management of the vrtual communty [25]. Based on the exstng compatble lfe cycles to the needs and models onlne communtes can hghlght the followng stages of the lfe cycle of onlne communtes (see Fgure 1): Plannng Urgent reengneerng? At present the growth of number and measurement of onlne communtes and the ncessant development of the exstng ones are montored. Sgnfcant amounts of users and data, organzatons necessty of management for satsfacton of busness requrements, advertsng and commercal benefts the projected process management of the onlne communty s requred. The exstng studes of organzaton of the lfe cycle of onlne communtes are underdeveloped and ncomplete.ths fact causes a necessty of development of mathematcal and computer software of the lfe cycle of onlne communtes organzaton and t wll be possble to fx of already exstent dsadvantages of onlne communtes, the possblty to predct the development of new onlne communtes, to mprove controllablty and level of ensurng the needs of founders and customers of the onlne communty. 4.
