General informaion The laser rero-reflecive phooelecric sensors PRKL 3B/ have an opimized ligh beam propagaion in he ypical range of applicaion of 0 1m (no o be confused wih he operaing range, which is 0 3m in combinaion wih a reflecor MTKS 50x50.1). This permis he reliable recogniion of he smalles of pars or he posiioning of objecs wih maximum precision across he enire area. For foil 6, he sensor's side edge mus be aligned parallel o he side edge of he reflecive ape. The sensor is consruced on he basis of he auocollimaion principle, i.e., ligh being ransmied and ligh being received propagae along he same ligh axis. This permis he phooelecric sensor o be insalled direcly behind small holes or diaphragms. The smalles permissible diaphragm diameer for secure funcioning is 3mm. Diaphragm diameer 3mm The achievable resoluion depends significanly on he uni's configuraion.
