April 12, 2019 COUNTY OF NORTHUMBERLAND Addendum No. 3 Request for Quotations 19-10 - To Renovate the Grafton Recreation Centre for a Licensed Child Care Centre The attached information, questions and responses, amendments and/or revisions shall constitute Addendum No. 3 dated April 12, 2019 and shall form an integral part of the Request for Quotations document 19-10. All information contained herein and any attachments shall read in conjunction with all other documents. Specific parts of the Request for Quotations have been amended. The following information, changes, additions and clarifications are listed below. This addendum shall however; take precedence over all previously issued documents where differences occur. ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS 1.1. Refer to Lower Level New Floor Plan drawing A103, previously issued for tender March 1, 2019. 1.1.1. In Existing Exit Stair EX1, provide steel guard and handrail as shown on details 2A/A601, and 2B/A601 and handrail section appended to this addendum. Arrange for testing of existing backflow preventer installed on incoming domestic water line and forward test report to Consultants. Existing backflow preventer is a Watts Dual No. 7 DCV. 2.2. Refer to Upper Level New HVAC drawing M302, previously issued for tender March 1, 2019. 2.2.1. In Existing Library Storage room, provide fire damper at floor level where duct penetrates floor, complete with access panel at floor level, Supply and install in accordance with mechanical specifications. 3. ELECTRICAL CLARIFICATION 3.1. As noted in electrical specifications, all new wiring is to be run in conduit and conductors. Existing armoured BX wiring encountered in building that is not required to be replaced as a result of new work can remain in place. 4. ADDENDUM NO. ME-1 4.1. Refer to addendum no.
