Type tested and approved by the Armament Technology and Procurement Group. Valve casing made of hot galvanized steel. The shutting device is made of stainless steel. Including sealing plastic and 3 clips as mounting material. Not including is the tube for different wall thickness and the protection screen. Type of valve, size Attest Nr. 5 1. Place the valve and arrange the 3 clips around the flange. Mark the holes for the dowels. 2. Drill the holes according to the dowel suppliers instructions. Recommended dowel type: Hilti HST M 8/ 3. Clean and blow out the dowel-holes. 4. Turn the nut of the dowel to upper edge of the thread. 5. Place the sealing plastic on the flange of the valve. 6. Place the valve in position. (pay attention to arrow) 7. Stick the dowel through the clip and drive in with light hammerblows, untill the washer is self sup porting against the clip. 8. Tighten dowels with a torque wrench, torque as in table. dowel type quantity borehole diameter Hilti HST M 8/ 3 pieces 8 mm borehole depth 90 mm Proviso for technical change tightening torque 25 Nm

6 A) Remove protection cover of wallframe (to be thrown away) B) Unbolt the screws M 10x20 and washers (Pos. 1) C) Clean the wallframe D) Put sealing rubber (Pos. 3) on bas plate of the valve (Pos. 2) E) Mount the (Pos. 2) by means of 4 pcs screws M 10x20 and washers (Pos. 1) on the wallframe F) Tighten screws (Pos. 1) with a dynamometric wrench, tightening torque 20 Nm Proviso for technical change
