Location: Wheeling, Lincolnshire, IL Positions involve: Accurate record keeping. Able to read and interpret drawings and work instructions. Proper inspection of first-run and in-process parts. Safe operation of CNC machinery. Ability to set-up and machine components years experience in programming, editing, set-ups and operating of CNC machines for precision parts. 2 CNC Programmers Dynomax is looking for programmers available for editing and programming on MasterCam or NX software. The programmer will use CAD/CAM systems for CNC programming & editing on multi axis components. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts are available! Location: Wheeling, Lincolnshire, IL Positions involve: Edit and program on MasterCam or NX software. CAD/CAM systems for CNC programming & editing on multi axis components. Troubleshooting and problem solving CNC production issues for products assigned. Responsible for interpreting all customer specifications. Store proven programs, work holding and tooling. 3 CNC Lathe Machinist Dynomax is looking for machinists available for basic setup through complete processing of advanced components for Swiss Screw and/or CNC Automatic Lathe Machinist: Utilizing metal machining knowledge to set-up and operate Swiss Screw machines to produce precision machined parts. This involves: Accurate record keeping Able to read and interpret blue prints Proper inspection of first-run and in-process parts. Operate and set up Swiss Screw machines. Location: Lincolnshire, IL years of experience in Screw machines for precision parts. 4 Manufacturing Cost Estimator Description of position: Prepare cost estimates for machine manufacturing products produced on 3-5 axis milling equipment in order to aid management in bidding/ determining price of product or service. Estimate manufacturing cost by determining manufacturing process, equipment, and material costs. Location: Wheeling, IL Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Ability to read and understand blueprints Exceptional understanding of cost and price development. Thorough knowledge of machining processes, equipment and principles. Understanding of metals properties. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet. Strong communication skills, written and oral and interpersonal skills. Able to work in an ambiguous work environment and meet changing deadlines Ability to work well within a diverse team environment. Excellent customer service skills. 5 Industrial Maintenance Technician Dynomax is looking for technicians available to maintain and repair CNC machines and mold presses. They must possess knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics. Along with that, the technician will upkeep and maintain all equipment along with other duties. This involves: Disassembly of machine tool, evaluation of components, reassembly with new components, test of entire assembly after rebuild (Primarily CNC 3 axis milling machines). Ability to work under pressure with time constraints, team-oriented, professional and organized. Work with in-house maintenance and machine shop to rebuild equipment. Must be able to work independently and follow through on instructions. Location: Lincolnshire, Wheeling, Mundelein, IL Shift: 1 st and 2 nd Minimum of 10 years experience Excellent troubleshooting Experience in repairing and maintain mechanical components including ball screws, ways, pumps, hydraulics, machine slide mechanisms, work-head and spindle rotary devices. Proficient with hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Must be able to use and interpret (micrometers, calipers) schematics, drawings and technical manuals. Experienced with use of machine levels, drawbar testers and other test equipment used to test and align CNC 3 axis milling equipment. Manual Bridgeport and Lathe experience a plus. Good written and verbal communication skills. Physical Required Lifting Weight: 40 lbs.
