5 WiNGTRAX COLUMN TRAVEL MILLING and BORING CENTER Column Travel Milling and Boring Center X=6000~20000mm, Y=4000~6500mm, Z=1250mm, W=800mm/1000mm Boring spindle WiNGTRAX is equipped with Ø160/ Ø180mm boring spindle with 800/1000mm travel. Ram 1250mm+ Boring spindle 800/1000mm=2050/2250mm travel. High milling and boring performance can be achieved with the excellent ram geometry and elaborately guided boring spindle. 4 WiNGTRAX

6 Option Head Change Station WiNGTRAX can be fitted with various kinds of head (universal head, orthogonal head, vertical head, extension head, boring and facing head) manually and automatically. 8 Saddle + Ram 2000mm Saddle Saddle with 2000mm guide way length, which is long enough to prevent ram dropping, guarantees geometric accuracy during critical maximum Z cross travel. Saddle Saddle, which is ready for 2 ball screws and 8 blocks for 2 linear guide way, guarantees the smooth vertical movement. Column Strong column with 2 ball screw integrated with 2 servo motor tandem control, 2 linear guide way and 2 linear scale minimizes ram drooping with hydraulic balancing compensation system with 2 cylinder. 16 KIHEUNG Foundry The material used for KIHEUNG s all major and critical parts, such as base, column, saddle, table, ram and head is made by KIHEUNG Foundry. High-Quality Cast iron KIHEUNG cast iron has the advantage both thick and thin parts have the same properties after cooling. KIHEUNG s techniques through control of the casting process permits the production of reliable, high quality material with no defects such as shrinkage cavities, coarse crystal structure and keep on maintaining accuracy for a ling time.
