3 FischerTHERM plusdach The first class roof element The FischerTHERM plusdach roof can be used when the visible sealing screws on FischerTHERM roof elements are undesirable. The FischerTHERM plusdach roof consists of the roof element, the plus-rail and the corresponding type 4-50 aluzinc spherical caps. The plus-rail is fastened safely and permanently by clicking it into place over the spherical cap. This combines the many positive features of the FischerTHERM roof elements with the additional aesthetic appeal of the concealed sealing screws. If fastening is performed in the crown, spherical caps are placed on the sealing screws in the purlin area. This is also the case with the longitudinal joint connection, spaced at 750 mm. The plus-rail is supplied in exactly the same surface design as the corresponding outer skin of the FischerTHERM roof element. The sheet thick-ness of the plus-rail is 0.75 mm, weight 0.9 kg/m. Standard length 5000 mm. It is even possible to produce a FischerTHERM plusdach roof by subsequently adding the plus-rail and spherical caps. Double safety As the plus-rail can additionally be applied to FischerTHERM roof elements, million m² of which have been tried and trusted, this means double safety against possible leaks. Even without the plus-rail, the roof system offers a high degree of safety against rainfall. The plus-rail can not only be employed in the vicinity of the longitudinal joint but also on the two intermediate ribs of the roof elements. This is important above all for the edge and corner areas with high suction loads. Here, too, the sealing screws are concealed under the plus-rail. 9, R0,0

The FischerTHERM plusdach roof element is ready to use and tightly sealed without the additional plus-rail. Butt-jointing is the easiest and best solution as there are no special technical details to observe such as connection to the ridge or eaves - when installing. The butt joint itself is always near a spherical cap at a distance of 00 mm from the end of the rail. The few drops of water that could penetrate the small butt joint shouldn t be a problem. However, if the roof has a low eaves height or the eaves can easily be seen due to a large roof pitch, the end flashing of the eaves should be mounted over the prof the eaves should be mounted over the plusrail for optical reasons. (see detail page 0) The FischerTHERM plusdach roof can also use an overlapping plusrail. Here, the plus-rail are overlapped on the end lap jointing and pressed onto the spherical caps. Assembly The FischerTHERM plusdach roof can be assembled easily and quickly.

In order to facilitate the alignment of the spherical caps, these are first measured up and placed in the gable verge area of the roof surface.

In the longitudinal jointing of the roof elements drilling screws are used spaced at a distance of 750.

9 Assembly The FischerTHERM plusdach roof can be assembled easily and quickly. Sealing screws with spherical caps are attached to the crown of the FischerTHERM roof elements for clip fastening the Fischer plus-rail. In order to facilitate the alignment of the spherical caps, these are first measured up and placed in the gable verge area of the roof surface. A uniform distance of the remaining spherical caps is achieved using a piece of cord. In the longitudinal jointing of the roof elements drilling screws are used spaced at a distance of 750. If additional sealing screws are used in the purlins through the intermediate ribs of the roof elements, for example in the gable verge area due to the increased suction loads there, the distance between the spherical caps between them will also be 750. < 750 Finally the plus-rail is laid on top of the mounted spherical caps and pressed on with the foot until it noticably slots into place and is this thus securely locked laterally ont othe spherical cap. 9
