2 Welcome to the club Firstly let us congratulate you on receiving your Hex Gear R40! Who are we? We are two industry enthusiasts who were simply not happy with the range of pc chassis on the market so decided to bring something new, sleek and exciting to the world. It has been an incredible journey taking this concept of a beautifully over engineered mix of steel and aluminium and releasing it upon the world! 9 FINISHING UP now the fun can really start Place 1 your finished R40 on the clear acrylic pedestal feet provided and get ready to start planning your build. ACCENT PACKS The R40 accent pack is the fastest way to make your system that little bit more personal. Launching with 7 colours made from high quality 5mm acrylic matching your chassis to hardware is now a thing of the past. Change your rig in a year, just pick up a new accent pack rather than buying an entire new case! These packs are available in both standard and reverse matx. HARD FEET KIT The stock R40 comes with two acrylic pedestal feet, but if you move your case around a lot, or have it standing on a rug, this kit would probably come in handy!

10 HARD FEET KIT The stock R40 comes with two acrylic pedestal feet, but if you move your case around a lot, or have it standing on a rug, this kit would probably come in handy! This hard feet kit will lift the case up 20 mm from the ground, where the original feets lifts the case up 12 mm. FAQ Q : My side panel wont fit A : Check stage 12 & 18 for the correct orientation of the accent packs Q : My top/bottom panels are to tight to slide in place A : Loosen the acrylic dampeners and adjust the height Q : I am missing a part A : Contact us via Facebook or and we will send you a spare Q : Help I am stuck! A : Contact us via Facebook or and we will help walk you through MOUNTING PLATES We know not everyone has a workshop or tools to mount hardware so to go with the R40 we have also launched a selection of mounting plates. These will directly replace the stock plate and allow the easy fitting of the most common watercooling parts currently available on the market. NOTES 17
