Because the Lucky Rooster is located right in the middle of an Oregon City neighborhood, its ambiance is comfortable and cozy; a home away from home for many of its visitors. The Lucky Rooster is also known for its exceptionally clean and organized Video Lottery SM play area. The machines are placed in a way that allows easy access for all players, and provides adequate space for any patrons who use wheelchairs or walkers. The Lucky Rooster has also added a television to the Video Lottery play area, giving players an added option of watching their favorite sporting event while they enjoy a Video Lottery game. JANUARY 2015 LAST TOP PRIZE PROCESS As we move away from Second Chance Drawings for our regular Scratch-it SM games, we will follow the lottery industry best practice of ending a game by removing it from sale once all top prizes have been claimed. We do this so players are not purchasing a ticket hoping to win the top prize when the game no longer has a top prize available. When the last top prize has been claimed, you will receive a terminal message asking you to remove that game from sale. Please secure all partial and full packs of the game for your Field Sales Representative (FSR). Your FSR will return the game for the appropriate credit on their next visit. SECOND CHANCE : DRAWING REMINDER Starting this month, only our Extended Play, Crossword and Bingo Scratch-it SM games will offer Second Chance drawings for the top prize. This plan will help you sell through these popular games while reinforcing our extended play strategy. Removing 2nd chance drawings from other games will allow more prizes to be claimed at your retail location. The overall game payout will not be affected. IS CHANGING! In preparation of the new Powerball enhancements, consecutive draws must be reduced with every draw until the start of the new and improved Powerball game.
