4 The Kettle & Stony Point Tyke team would like to thank the community, sports and recreation and everyone who supported our fundraising efforts. The Tykes went to LNHL 2018 in Mississauga playing six games. They were undefeated winning five games and tying with Six Nations. We would like to thank the coaches for all your dedication to the Tykes Heather George and Justin Smith. A huge thank you to our sponsors West Jet, Forest Travel, David s Fuel, North Middlesex Stars, Juan Carlos, Forest Kiwanis, Ontario Works, and a special thank you to Bridget George for designing the Kettle and Stony Point Tyke logo. The KSP Tykes had a lot of fun together, made new friendships, and played hard together as a team. Thank you so much to everyone who donated to the West Jet, Forest Travel, and 50/50 tickets. The winner of the round trip for two anywhere West Jet flies was Brittany Anderson. Alex Shone won $ for Forest Travel. Congratulations to Valerie Cook on winning cash on 50/50 draw. 35 Colouring is an activity that we tend to associate with children. As we grow older, we put aside our crayons and coloured pencils in favor of other writing utensils like pens and highlighters. However, it turns out colouring can be beneficial for adults -- namely for its de-stressing power.
