Custom Made Engraved Sign Specifics and Pricing Custom made engraved sign prices are based on square inches and rounded to the nearest 50 square inch increment. The maximum single engraved plastic sign size is 24" x 30" (720 sq in) and metal sign maximum is 12" x 24" (288 sq in).
