3 RECAP OF THE WEEK District 3300 Group 6 Joint-Meeting & Fellowship At BRDB-Rotary Children s Residence 4 th November 2017 In what was this Rotary Year s first ever Group 6 Joint- Meeting, our Club hosted Rotary Clubs of Ampang, Sentul, Sri Petaling and Lake Gardens at the BRDB-Rotary Children s Residence at Seri Kembangan last Saturday, It was a very fruitful and productive Rotary meeting, as each Club took turns giving reports, updates and kept each other abreast of Rotary activites that have been accomplished and those that are to come. 3

JOINT-PROJECT TO BRING 250 KIDS TO WATCH STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI Star Wars: The Last Jedi is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated movies of this year.

11 JOINT-PROJECT TO BRING 250 KIDS TO WATCH STAR WARS: THE LAST JEDI Star Wars: The Last Jedi is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated movies of this year. That's why our Club, together with Rotary Club Bukit Kiara Sunrise and partners in service Rotaract Club of Bukit Kiara Sunrise and Interact Club of SMK Seri Hartamas, will be jointly organising a project that will bring joy, and the Force, to approx 250 orphans from selected children's homes. The project is currently in its planning and implementation stage, and has a very simple objective: to treat 250 orphans to a dinner cum viewing of Star Wars The Last Jedi at MM Cineplex, e@curve on 19th December 2017 at 8pm. 11

Krishnan, friends, family, Rotary members and wonderful children from the Bandaraya Rotary Children s residence. 12

14 It was truly a night of lights as the Club got together to celebrate all as one during this magnificient and wondrous event. It was filled with great food, the laughter from the children and the fantastic fellowship among guests. 14
