1 for the measrement of electrical ariables in heay crrent power systems Application The RSH Dcer M20, M30 series of mlti - transdcers (Fig. 1) simltaneosly measre seeral ariables of an electric power system and process them to prodce 2 resp. 2 or 3 Analog otpts are aailable or power metering. For two of the limit otpts p to three misbrands can be logically combined. The mlti-transdcers are also eqipped with an RS 232 serial interface to which a PC with the corresponding software can be connected for programming or accessing and execting sefl ancillary fnctions. The sal modes of connection, the types of measred ariables, their ratings. the transfer characteristic for each otpt etc. are the main parameters that hae to be programmed. Ancillary fnctions inclde a power system chec, proision for displaying the measred ariably on a PC monitor, the simlation of the otpts for test prposes and a facility for printing nameplates.
