Orders submitted through our online systems are accepted electronically. Processing of these orders is done during normal business hours. Typically, the only reason for a delay on an order would be due to technical issues associated with that order. If a technical issue should occur with an order, you will be notified by the lab and extra time will be allotted to the order until the issue is resolved. Rush Services Most of our online systems give you the option to add a VIP Rush for an additional $4.95 plus 10% of the order cost. When adding a VIP Rush to your order, please specify a preferred due date and time. If we cannot meet your request, a customer service representative will contact you. Percentage-based Rush Fees may apply to Saturday orders or on 2-Day or longer s needed sooner than standard turn-around time. Order Changes and Cancellations Many orders are started within minutes of being received. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please call our customer service staff as soon as possible. Once we have begun an order, it may be past the point of changing or cancelling. Some orders may need to be resubmitted by the customer to preserve order accuracy. If we are able to make changes to existing orders, more time may be required to fulfill the order. Automatic Quantity Discounts (AQD) Most of the prints and products offered at Digital Pro Lab have tiered pricing, as you will see throughout this catalog. We have established this pricing structure so that our customers receive the best value for quantity (same size/same image) orders. How does AQD Pricing work? If you order 1 print from one image, you will pay the quantity 1 rate. If you are ordering more than 10 prints of the same size and the same image, the cost per print will go down. 2

These products are intended for customers who edit and adjust their own images on calibrated monitors using software like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom and Apple Aperture. Our Pro Monitor Match s come with our Monitor Match Guarantee and require a lab signup process that involves sending test images to the lab in order to evaluate your current monitor calibration. 5 Shipping Info Shipping Your Order to You When your order is shipped directly back to you, we will include an invoice in the package. Your order will arrive in lab-branded packaging with our return address. We require that your order be paid before shipping. We can call for a credit card number or you can send us a check. We will ship the order after the check has been received. Alternatively, we give you the option to keep a credit card on file with the lab for the shipment of your orders. Shipping to Us You can ship film or other materials directly to us for processing. Please include your contact information (phone number and return address). You should also send detailed instructions regarding what you would like done with your materials (i.e., print size, paper surface, etc.). 28 Finishing Options Mounting Options While many people just need prints, we offer a variety of mounting options as well. If you are framing a print, you don t want those prints to slip or buckle. Mounting them on Artboard, Styrene or Masonite is the way to go. Our 3/16 and 1/2 inch black and white Gator Foam mounts are a great way to display your prints if you are not framing them.
