2 Newborn Photography I m always excited to meet new babies during their first days of life. I remember how quickly those first few weeks with your little one passes in a blur of exhaustion, joy, elation, tears and amazement. Your family is forever changed when you welcome a new baby into the world and I am passionate about creating artistic newborn photographs to preserve these precious early moments while providing a stress-free, relaxed and memorable experience. As a mom of six-year-old twin boys I know how important your baby s first photographs are. At the same time, I understand that the last thing you want to be worrying about in those first few days is planning a photography session. I provide all clients with a telephone consultation to include as much (or little) information as they would like so I can plan and customize shoots according to each client s lifestyle and preferences. I also review easy to follow suggestions that parents can do with their baby before arriving for their shoot to help maximize the quality of their images. When booking a newborn photographer, it can be overwhelming to make a decision about which photographer to work with. There are many factors to consider when making your decision and the sleep deprivation of new parents and busy lifestyle of those with young families doesn t make it an easy one! Clients that have chosen to work with me have shared that they appreciate my training in newborn safety, which is always my first priority, my attention to detail in providing personalized sessions in a comfortable and friendly setting while providing beautiful imagery and products. 3 The session fee secures your chosen date, includes a telephone planning & customization consultation, the service of the photographer during your shoot, the use of props, clothing and sets and an online gallery of your retouched photos approximately 3 weeks following your session. The session fee does not include products or digital files. We offer several collections and a la carte items. There is no minimum product purchase required with your session. Newborn Sessions Newborn sessions should be scheduled between 4-14 days of life. Sessions are never rushed and allow time for settling and feeding your baby. Multiple set-ups are included. Full Newborn Session... Full newborn sessions include family and sibling (if applicable) photography. Sessions are approximately 3 hours in length. Mini Newborn Session... Mini sessions include newborn babies only. Sessions are approximately 2.5 hours in length. First Birthday Cake Smash Session... What better way to celebrate your baby's first birthday than smashing a cake! Sessions are customized to your choice of theme and colours and last approximately 1 hour in length.
